I have stayed in better campgrounds

Arrived with a car, couldn't find valet. Went into lobby with very long line and one person working. Found the baggage person who turns out to be the valet, the baggage handler, the doorman, everything..And when I said it must be hard to work short-handed I was told that this was all there ever was.
My room was falling apart-marble cracked, wallpaper in bathroom coming off, holes in carpet and in ceiling, windows that when you did get it open had no screen and faced a smelly alley. No working pop machines, no food service, elevators worked off and on, not much of anything anywhere in the place. Tried to change a 50 dollar bill at check in counter to pay for a cab and was told they couldn't-they didn't have access to the safe.
Toast in the lobby was their big idea of breakfast - for $15!
I would NEVER, NEVER, stay there again. I gave my feedback to the hotel and never even received any acknowledgement that they got it, let alone an offer to make it better.
