Bed and breakfast atmosphere. Staff very accomadating and friendly, the excersizing is great and we did loose weight. A good jump start. Food lacks crativity as the Chef is not culinary schooled. Our visit was 9 days and menus repeats itself. We had salmon 3 times in 1 week. This is not a organic fresh herb place. They buy bulk from Siscos like institutional cooking in hospitals so dont get your expectations up very high. Only two juices in the morning to choose from, OJ and grapefruit.

We are returning!

The weekend provided a jump-start for my husband and I to eat right (food delicious for low cal), exercise, and then end the day with a massage. It's terrific to have all workout clothes and robe provided. Literally, we brought the clothes we came in and went home in. Everything else is provided.
