Danville Inn and Convention Center, Danville

This is not a place to take your wife! I don't know where they got these pictures from, but I didn't see any of this! Tragic to say the least. The room looked like something from Vacancy, and I didn't waste any time getting my money back from the hotel referral service. The bedsheets were dirty, the carpet looked like it had been run over by a dirty bulldozer, and the RESTAURANT! Wow, local drunks and smokers waited in the door opening. My family said, "You didn't stay there, did you?" Every one in Danville knows not to stay here, unless you are on the down low! I don't know how nice the service is, because I ran from there like my wife did from their bathroom. Renovate it or RAZE IT! Very old rooms!

Everything about this place is great. The pool,resturant,bar,and all the employees are great! We love staying here! The bar has a great night life on the weekends and its good for all ages of people. Very laid back no need to worry about fights or anything like that.

This place has recently got new owners that are doing alot of remodling to this place.All the staff at this place are great.The new resturant has some of the best food around in the area.The bar is a nice down to earth place that really gets kick'n on Sat. nights. I enjoyed my visit there and would go back anytime.

I called and got a quote for the cost of the room first I was told by Dawn that the room with tax was $33.60. I gave up a room that I had on hold & went to the Danville Inn. I checked in close to midnight, was given 3 dingy towels and was told that my remote would be delivered to my room in 5 minutes. I get my things unloaded into my room & shortly my remote was delivered to me. Ten minutes later I got a call from Jeff telling me that they (he & Dawn) had forgot to tell me that my room was pre-discounted because there wasn't any hot water in the entire facility & i had 5 minutes to decide if i wanted get out & get a partial refund or i could stay. Also Jeff was rude when he called my room, as if the problem was my fault. On top of that I had no heat; when the heater was on it blew out cold air. The blankets had holes & the tub was dirty;which i didn't use. I didn't get a good night sleep because i was very uncomfortable. I was told the manager was out of town & there wasn't anything that could be done. It was a horrible night, i've never been treated that bad nor had I ever had such poor service. I think they deserve 1/2 of a star for quality & service.

This hotel is priced very resonable and the service was great, staff were eager to assist in any need. Our room was outdated but it was clean and detailed. The nice part about my stay was that on saturday nights they have kareoke in the lounge. Makes for a real good time! We also enjoyed the OTB while we were on our trip to Danville. Thank you to the staff at the Danville Inn for the very enjoyable stay at your facility!

Room is out of date, very dirty, especially the bath room. Most lighting fixture are broken. The only place look ok is the lobby.
