CREDIT CARD ALERT

This motel booked my reservation in July online.. and billed the money to my credit card the same day. A majority of motels will need your credit card number just to hold the room. Normally, you are billed @ check-in. My reservation was for a August date ...(and made online) I have tried contacts with Sundowner,Inc.,dba,Sundowner Motel to no resolution. A representative of The Sundowner Motel assured me my money would be credited electronically to my bank...that was last week and my bank has no record of such refund transaction. They definitely have record of the card debit made by The Sundowner Motel. Beware of this company when considering a motel in Caldwell, Idaho.

We loved it

Wnen me and my family stayed for a week we loved it. The housekeepers were nice even on the weekends. they gave use everthing we needed and had. Thanks and let your workers know keep up the good work.
