Beware
By JeanneM, 10/16/10
Loud bar across the parking lot with multiple fights. Towels are filthy. Rooms smell. Fights in rooms on either side of mine. One washer/dryer for whole motel. Lousy service!

Lovely Place
By Jag, 7/26/10
Its nice to visit a property and see new changes. I read some old review - which are no longer true. The hotel has been renamed and has alot of work done. This will become the next jewel of the town under Cedars Inn chain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the rates are vary reasonable.

Would Have Been Better Off Sleeping In Our Car
By Shannon, 5/12/10
This had to be the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life-- EVER!! Let me begin by saying we would not have even stayed here had it not been WSU graduation weekend and had all hotels within a 100 mile radius not been booked. When we arrived, there was a "regular weekly guest" sitting on the staircase smoking a cigarette and talking on her phone, and she would not move out of the way so we could get our bags upstairs. When she finally got off her cell phone and moved, we got into our room. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke and human waste (and that is giving it credit). The TV worked (barely) and possibly the hotel's only redeeming quality was it had wireless internet and a hot shower. Bedtime was when the real fun started. Since we had to be up at 4:30 a.m. to leave for Pullman, we went to bed at around 9 p.m. From that point forward, we did not get even an hour of sleep. First, some more "regulars" were outside talking and laughing outside our room--loudly--most of the night. I'm fairly confident some were also engaged in "deals" of some kind (if you catch my drift). Cars periodically pulled in the parking lot, with motors running, and then pulled out a few minutes later. If that wasn't bad enough, about every 1/2 hour or so, a train rolls through town and it literally sounds like the tracks run through the hotel. At about midnight, the bar next door really gets going, as it lets out its drunk patrons to fight and scream in the street. Things did quiet down (with the exception of the trains) at about 3 a.m., just long enough for us to fall into an exhausted stupor before the alarm went off an hour later. The bottom line: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! HAD WE KNOWN IT WAS THIS BAD, WE WOULD HAVE ELECTED TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR!

Never again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/28/09
I would not recommend this joint to my enemies. The man at the front desk was rude and the lobby reeked of smoke. Although the large billboard sign outside read continental breakfast, as does all the Web advertisements, we were told "you only get coffee". When challenged about the breakfast, he said "Where did you see that?" We weren't asked whether we wanted smoking or non-smoking and the room was stale and stinky. Our friend's room had a made bed, but it had not been cleaned so she switched to another room. I kept my socks on because I wasn't convinced the floors were clean. And in the morning, after we showered, we discovered we had ONE towel for two people. A large sign outside read "under new management". Now I know why they have large NO REFUND signs in the office. Everyone probably wants to leave after they go in the room.

HORRIBLE !!!!
By AyishaW, 3/7/09
Lewiston's NICER places were all sold out, so we had no choice. Paid for our room, noticed NO REFUNDS sign. Went to our room, the toilet had been used and no one flushed. Bathroom was disgusting- not even cleaned. Room was stinky. Too scared to sleep on beds, so we bought NEW blankets and slept on top of those.
