Comfort Inn Buckhead North, Atlanta

I’ll try to be brief…this place is really awful! Noisy, smelly, absolutely awful. We should have pitched a tent on the side of the freeway. The rooms were clean, but smelly. Water was leaking under the bathroom floor. We changed rooms due to the noise from the freeway off-ramp. I could go on...but it's not worth it. Take my word for it, find another place to stay. They should condemn this hotel and make it a bowling alley. It’s certainly NOT a good place to sleep.

First of all, we made online reservations through ChoiceHotels, we drove 6 hours after working all day to find out that they did not have our reservation. The receptionist was rude, and not helpful. I printed a copy of our reservation before we left, gave this to her and she looked at me like I was stupid, and told me again we had no reservation and that there were no rooms available!!! I called the customer service number on our reservation, explained to them what was going on, because this was a guaranteed reservation. After standing in the lobby for 45 minutes at 3am, we were given a handicapped room on the first floor next to the front desk, breakfast area and fitness center. We had to check-out the next morning and check into another room, the one I had reserved!!! The AC did not work, the batroom had urine on the toilet and none of these issues were taken care of by the staff!!! The handy-man knocked on our door at 9 am the morning we were checking out and offered to fix our AC!!! EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR!!! WE will never stay at this or any other comfort inn again!!! We were charged the full price both nights even though we had such a terrible experience!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
