Ramada Macon, Macon

Very clean, very comfortable bed! clean sheets. no bad odors! great contiental breakfast! security cameras. professional clerks. nice building. All for $55! breakfast would have been $5-8 at a resturant so I figure $40-45 total cost for motel. I recomment it to anyone on Macon bypass!

We are not staying in this hotel anymore. It was the most horrible hotel stay my husband and I have ever had. You walk inside the room and there is just that stale smell. The sheets felt itchy. You just knew that the sheets were not properly washed and the room was not kept clean.

The facility was nothing like the website. I definitely do not recommend this facility. The building is under construction, the road is dug up, construction materials and works are scattered throughout, the pool is closed, the rooms are limited and ants are in the room. A great location but a real disappointment. Not the place you want to bring visitors or family at this point in time. The staff was pleasant.

We stayed at Ramada Macon west on chambers on our way to our most recent trip to Florida. It was a simple overnight stay but as always, when using an outside source to book a hotel, I called the hotel directly to make sure it wasn't under construction, and it wasnt . I spoke to the manager, who was extremely kind and polite during our entire stay I explained we'd be traveling with my mother who had some minor health issues and an issue with her knee. He suggested putting us in adjoining rooms, so I could be available to her more easily, which he did. He also put us on the ground floor, facing the pool. Upon arrival, we found everything exactly as the hotel staff stated it would be. Our room was conveniently located close to where we parked. The room was clean, odor free, and had all the amenities listed on the website. Surprisingly, the beds were very comfortable; not like the standard hotel beds you usually find. And, perhaps best of all, we didn't hear a single noise from the adjacent rooms or the pool area a short walk from our room. I can't brag enough about the staff at Ramada Macon or how clean the grounds were at the hotel. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises and recommend it highly.

We had 2 rooms and stayed here for 2 nights over our holiday. We called ahead to see if we could check in 2 hours early and were delighted when they said yes. The lobby is bright and welcoming. The manager at the front desk was polite and professional and was able to answer any questions we had. (and we had many questions) . The rooms were big and very comfortable right down to the soft and firm labeled pillows! We loved the compact fridge, sink and microwave area, the beautiful wood armoire for hanging our coats and clothes and the large screened TV for watching the Packer game. The free breakfast was really good with a nice variety of foods for any appetite. I can't say anything negative about our stay or our accomodations. We just loved it here!

I stayed her for 5 night in March and have nothing but good things to say. I was here for a business meeting with a large group, and the staff was very accommodating. First I realized that I forgot my toiletry bag, and to my surprise they provided everything I needed. They offered many items to me complimentary. The beds were very comfortable and the shower spacious. You can tell that everything in the hotel is still relatively new. I was also pleasantly surprised with the fitness and pool facilities. They had nice, modern equipment including weights, cables,, treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. I did not use the pool or spa, but they looked clean and well kept. I would be happy to stay here again if I ever need a hotel in Macon. One of the best . The staff was amazing. The RAMADA INN MACON WEST was a great hotel‎

The Ramada West in Macon, GA is a wonderful hotel to visit. The room was very clean and the desk attendants were very nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling Interstate 75! Best hotel for the price.

the price was very cheap but the places was very good good place and good price cant wait til i come back here again and a nice staff

well i liked the location of it 1st of all it was right of the interstate and the breakfast was sooo good! makes me want to spend another night. the front desk staff was very friendly and did outstanding work. the rooms are very attractive. to me its the best hotel in macon!
