This hotel charged you even before you go there
By morocha, 2/22/12
I made a reservation from Bookingcom, the hotel charged me the same day I did the reservation. I've cancelled February 8th, told me in 7/10 days I'll have my refund (confirmed by email too). I called back today asking about the refund, after talking with 3 different people, the last was Lakissa, no manners and totally rude, told me again to wait another 7/10 days for the refund!!!

disgusting
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/5/11
we recently stayed at this hotel it was dirty and cheap the bed linen smelled and when we went to our room you could smell smoke from the other rooms the ones they let you smoke in it wasnt nice we were on the ground floor and it was horrible the carpet was meant to be red but never asked it was filthy the skirting board was hanging off the wall and it was still hanging off two weeks later with pins sticking out of it. it smelled off damp it was very basic, it didnt even have bowls for beakfast in it they were large glass fruit bowls nothing felt clean at all after four nights about the time i found a bed full of some sort of bugs i wanted to check out and we were supposed to be bed and breakfast but i dont know what continent eats pound cake and apple juice with apples and pastries every day, oh they did swap them for pop tarts and every so often we got a yoghurt between the three of us the air conditioning didnt have an off switch and it came on every twenty mins or so in the night with a loud bang just as you was trying to drop off i cant even say it was clean and comfortable it certainly gives florida a bad name ,the keys to the room were tempermental and only worked occasionally if you were lucky, or you had to wait for some one else to enter or leave the hotel to get in it was a good job we had two keys im sure i seen a sign on the front saying the best hotel who they tring to kid they definatly got me on that one . [much to my suprise] the pool was filthy as well they didnt clean the leaves out o it and it wasnt nice it felt slimy .how ever the ladies in the pizza hut attached to it were very nice especially bernette a wonderful lady she was the only sunshine about it .its back to my usual place next time we go

Dirty and smelly
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/31/11
We only had to stay here for two nights which was just as well, the whole place smells of damp, the carpets and couch where sticky and we seen cockroaches running across the ceiling which made us wonder how many more there where that we didnt see. We heard loads of othere people complaining about their rooms as well. Breakfast is crap unless you like poptarts. I read some reviews from people who liked it here but for some people anything is better than their trailer park. On the plus side it is in a great location beside international drive, you can see wet n wild and some nice looking hotels that leave you wondering how much nicer their rooms would be

Going Back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/7/10
Got there late, the room was on the ground floor with the table and chairs outside at the edge of the carpark so asked right away for a room change. Within half hour was given another room that was clean and the view was great. Had a few problems with the fridge and air conditioning but was sent staff right away to room to fix any problem. Room was cleaned every day and the towels/bed linen changed often. I am going back, even though there was a few problems they dealt with them imediately. Perfect base for orlando and its attractions. Was great at night to sit out on the balcony, order a great pizza and chill. Read the horror stories before my visit there and panicked but turned out to unfounded on my visit.

Not luxurious
By yes, 9/15/09
If all you need is a bed and shower, go for it. If you plan on spending ANY length of time in the room relaxing, I wouldn't recommend it at all. The room just felt dirty and I wiped down as many surfaces as I could with clorox wipes the MINUTE I walked in. It was nice to have a balcony but even the disinfecting wipes couldn't get the outdoord chairs and table clean. I had to keep the air conditioning turned to the "off" position because it would go on and make a horribly loud noise behind the closet wall every 20 minutes for about 10 minutes or so - I couldn't sleep with it on. I was close to the washer/dryer area and had to throw something in the dryer. I could hear it squealing for the entire 60 minutes and it was 3 doors away from mine. I felt bad for those that had rooms directly around the washer/dryers. I didnt venture out into the pool area or the food court. I was in & out - I didn't linger.

Omg
By Spicay, 6/20/09
Omg this hotel was the worst i have ever been i mean clearly the comments on websites i didnt believe because i thought that people was just making this stuff up. So i book it (But only for one night to see if it was really that bad) and i find dead bugs, a dirty carpet, and everytime u sat on something even the couch u would hear and feel a creak and a spring. So i thought hmm maybe it was just this room. So i call the front deska and complain to them about this room and they said they would be up there in a minite. KEYWORD A MINUTE! So it took them 20min just to switch my roomkey. And to make matters worst the new room was even worst than the first one i walk in and i feel crumbs on the carpet then the kitchen still was dirty from the last guests that stayed there then I call the front desk and ask them if they could send room service to clean up the room. ok so i leave and im on a bussines trip and i leave my laptop in the room while i go and explore the hotel. ( I mean who would want to stay in the room and hear the vaccumm) and i come back about 10min later when i come back the woman who was cleaning my room smiled and left i found that kinda was wired because she seemed grumpy when she first entered the room. So im looking around to make sure she didnt take anything and she half cleaned the room anyway and so then i look in the cornor where my lap top was and i find it missing. So i run down to the front desk and report that my laptop was stolen by the woman. Ok at first they were ignoring me until i said i wanted to see the maniger. So they call the lady down to the desk and asks her if she took it. So she was all smiling and grinning no i didnt take it. So the person at the desk said we cant do anything about your laptop mam. So i say ok and hide in this cornor untill the lady that cleaned my room came. So she comes and she starts pushing her cart. Then i noticed my laptop was on top of the cart and some other stolen items. At first i walked back to the front desk then thought well they are not going to do anything and then as she left to the other room i went to the cart got my laptop back and took the other items she has taken and i took them into the front desk. I told them this was my laptop and some other things she stole. The manager comes down and appoligizes about what happened and fires her secretly. SO I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING MISSING.!

The worst hotel ever!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/3/09
The furniture is outdated and old and worn. The lobby staff was unhelpful with room request and room changes. Our stay was eights days long, and everyday a new discovery of how poor service can be. My room flooded twice while we were there and the manager Bill gave us a gift basket that consisted of two bottle waters and a bag of popcorn to make up for it. And on top of that my credit card was charged an additional $450.00 dollars for the change. No one at the hotel was helpful the only good things about the hotel is the price and location. I would never stay there again!!

never ever stay there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/14/09
This place is terrible my family when there to celeberate my son in law coming back from IRAQ and what a disappointment. We had 5 people the couch that opens to a full size bed it not even the size of a twin. We opened it up and closed it becasue it was filthy. My son had to sleep on top the couch as ripe and torn. We had to call every day for towels and card the locks the door didn't work. We had to keep going to the desk . The my son in law and daughter had to sleep in twin beds after being apart for 6 months of him being away in a room that the air condtioner did work in the month of July On the last night the air did not work in any of our rooms and it sounded like a jet engine in our room. The applicance were from the 70's and the frig kept thing luke warm. After complaining the gave us 1 day free. Big deal the don't keep the room clean but they keep the gardens updated that pulled out beautiful flowers and repllaced them but everything is a disgrace. Needless to say happy my son in law came home safe but sorry he had living conditions worst at the Enclave than Iraq
