Excellent location

We stayed in block 3 in a Universal themed suite. We had 3 children with us, and there was plenty of room for us all. Within walking distance of loads of shops, restaurants and Wet n Wild (beware - I had my Crocs stolen while on a water slide!). The hotel is opposite The Pirates dinner, which is very expensive for what you get! Our air conditioning broke down at the beginning of our 3rd week, when they couldn't fix it they moved us to another room. We effectively lost about 6 hours moving all our stuff, for which we received no apology until we complained to Virgin - then we received a mini food hamper and an apology. We would definitely return to the Enclave suite, if only for the location. We were not disturbed by the noise from Magical Midway even though for the first 2 weeks our bedrooms overlooked it. The room was always clean, the cleaners even loaded the dishwasher. Towels were changed daily at our request, and all the electrical appliances worked.

Complete rip off - rude back office

called to say would arrive late, they gave away the room and charged for it and will not refund - back office contact people very rude, wont respond to American Express travel - stay away

Great Location

Went there in May 2007 and i had a great holiday! This place is so close to all of the theme parks, you can walk to Wet n Wild and there is a number of places to go and eat. There was 5 of us going and there was plenty of room for us all. Will be going back

Noisy Vile Hotel

We stayed in the 3rd tower opposite the fun fair and building site. This place should come with a health warning. late night funfair untill 12 sometimes 1 in the morning and early morning building site that started around 7am. Told by rep to ask to be moved, so then came across surly receptionist called Stephanie who said "not my problem" That apart the room was adequate for our family although not particularly clean or smart. So beware when booking this hotel if you want peace and quiet at night this is NOT the place to be.

never again

I was at this hotel for 4 days. I had to request a guest book as one was not provided in the room. I was not given a map of the place and never did locate all the amenities offered. In order to receive the continental breakfast, you have to present a card between 8:30 and 11 am to guest services the day after checkin (I was there on business and was not free at those times-so) I requested no room service for my stay-came back one day and had rec'd it despite my request & despite having Do Not Disturb in the door. Twice, my room key did not work and had to walk over to registration to have it rekeyed. Was told they are so sensitive-cannot be near cell phones, metal, keys, etc. etc. The rooms are a nice size but the beds (at least in the 2 rooms I checked) are hard as rocks. Very little space in kitchen for food supplies. No separate phone jack for internet connection.

not going back again

the servce was really bad it was so dirty that my son ran a away from the hotal. When we got there the toilt was backed up so i called for a plunger and one hour later got a blender. i got way over charged for that kind servce. i left that night to go somewhere else.

Stay away from Enclave

Our room was noisy: gocart track next door, loud a/c and loud refrigerator. Room was run down and dirty. The a/c vent had rusty wetness on it. Hallway carpets were dirty and discolored. It needs to be closed down and completely overhauled. It's a tourist trap/ripoff.

Don't Stay in Tower 2

Our group rented 7 rooms and only the rooms in Tower 1 were acceptable. Staff was horrible and not helpful at all. The beds are hard and the rooms are dirty. The gentlemen manning the gift shop was the only person who had a smile.

This place made me sick - literally!

I was in Orlando for my daughter's cheerleading competition. This is the place our team was staying - little did I know half the people ended up leaving and going somewhere else b/c the rooms were awful! They literally made me sick. The rooms were old, the floors were terrible and the bathrooms were even worse. I had to get on my hands & knees and clean the kitchen area floor because there was food stuck to the floor. The entire place smelled of cigarette smoke, the beds felt like cardboard. Literally because the place was so old and hadn't been updated in who knows how long, I came home with a severe sinus & throat infection as well as half the other parents & kids who stuck it out and stayed here. The place has to be crawling w/ mold to have made everyone sooooo sick. I was only there 3 night but 3 nights too long. PLEASE - don't waste your money here.

we cant wait to go back

I liked it because there was loads to do things to keep us teens and children busy nice place very clean nice peolpe pool very warm and it was not far to walk to a shop or a pizza hut because there was one on site.
