No way. No how. Never again.

Where do I start? First we were given an occupied room and walked in with 2 ten year olds to find the current occupants 100% naked. After arguing with the front desk who insisted the room was vacant did they figure out the current people had extended their stay. We were given another room in Bldg 3, bathroom vanity was water damaged, disintegrating and probably moldy, the ice machine did not work (only one in the building on 5th floor) when we opened the pull out couch, the mattress was falling apart and had a blood-like stain in the middle. We were moved the next day to a room where the one toilet had flushing issues, the stove top didn't work, little tiny bugs around the kitchen sink and master bath sink, the water temp in the kids shower couldn't be adjusted etc...
There were problems everywhere. The staff was generally not helpful. Customer service does not seem to rank high here. We took one look at the continental breakfast and went to the Denny's and Perkins right around the corner.
I am in the process of notifying the Orlando Visitor's Bureau (which the Enclave is a member and is how we found them in the first place)
I'd take my business elsewhere.
