Americas Best Inn Main Gate East, Kissimmee

This was the worst hotel I've ever booked through Yahoo Travel, and we stayed a total of 15 minutes. There was feces on the wall, hair all over the sink, a ball of phlegm in the bottom of the tub. And a ROACH on the door frame. It was HIDEOUS. We left 15 minutes after check in and Yahoo won't give us a full refund. I won't be getting another "good buy" from Yahoo, because of this incidence, and not being able to get a full refund. At most they are giving us half back. So be careful.

Hotel was nasty! First room we got, the carpet had major stains, the tub has major dry dirt in the bottom, the bathrrom floor felt like it was greesy, the second room, the tub would not shut off, the third room was the best. Had a party going on in the reception room that started before 9pm and was still going when we had to check out at 2:30am. Cats roaming the grounds, the do accept pets by the way. we had to listen to a large dog barking in the room next door for 5 days! DO NOT USE THE ICE MACHINES! We seen inside one on the first floor and the white tray on the inside was nothing but black from mold! Stay some where else!

although part of the hotel was closed down due to weather damage the rooms we had were ok the staff were helpful and the hotel was kept clean for the price its very good the location is very good near to all attraction and eating places are within walking distance

The worst hotel experience of my life. There are no elevators on the inn side or help to get your luggage to your room. The service is horrendous and the pools are disgusting. There are only 3 shuttles back and forth to disney a day and they usually fill up. The third night of our stay, our room was infested with mold, and it gave myself and my roommates rashes and an allergic reaction. We called the hotel supervisor at 9:30 pm to get either our money back or another room. He replied that there was a flood recently and that he would call us back when he found a room that "didn't smell." We repeatedly called him back within the next three hours as our calls were ignored. At around midnight, frustrated, we went to the hotel lobby where we again ignored. Our parents called the hotel instead and threatened to call the health department if we were not helped. My friend had an asthma attack in front of the lobby in front of all the workers and the supervisor and no one looked at her or helped her as she was crying on the floor. We did not even get an apology, just another room where we had to move our luggage ourselves. Find a better hotel with the same rate.

my husband and i had just stayed at the hotel. I was hihgly disappointed. All of the reviews are 100% correct. in my opinion this htel should be shut down. It was dirty, smelly, I couldn't wait leave my vacation to come home to clean my self. Warning to all- DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

while i was there a young girl drowned. cpr was performed for at least 10 minutes to no avail. i was told she was in a coma. this was almost two months ago. i pray she made it but doubt it based on what happened. I STILL DONT KNOW WHY THERE ISNT AT LEAST ONE LIFEGUARD STATIONED AT POOLS DURING REGULAR HOURS....

I love the hotel it was big beautiful. Very clean place i just had the best time of my life. My kids were very happy i just hope you guys keep

Although it was cheap and "You get what you pay for"...I was disgusted by the pushy guy at the desk who promised cheap Disney tickets only to find out he was pushing high pressure TIME SHARE sales meetings (like I want to sit in a room being sold on something for 2 hours just to save $2.00 on a Disney ticket.... When he realized we were NOT going for it, his fake smile turned off and he was rude, not even helping us when I asked him for a Orlando map. Also when checking in, we were told there was an ADDITIONAL $4.00 charge per day for gym and safe use (I told them I wasnt using them) they said it is mandatory charge on top of the room....!!!!!! The room was dirty...not just old and run down but DIRTY..The type of dirty you feel like bugs are crawling on you at night and everything feels greasy. The one bed had blood stains on edge of boxspring..ick. Curtains filthy, mattresses were HARD as a rock. I would never ever ever go back. I will pay more to enjoy my stay next time when visiting Disney.... Beware of their FREE SHUTTLE to Disney.... It leaves only twice in morning and returns so early you will not enjoy Disney World or the light parade and fireworks. Overall a very horrible experience.

FIRST WE WENT AS A CHURCH ORGANIZATION AND BEFORE WE WENT I CALLED TO FIND OUT THE INFO ON THE HOTEL WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS 3 STAR HOTEL COMES TO FIND OUT IT WAS A 2 STAR THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN A NO STAR HOTEL. WHEN WE ARRIVED SOMEONE IN THEIR RESERVATIONS DEPT. CANCELLED A ROOM FOR US AND THE FRONT DESK INSISTED ON GIVING US SOMETHING THAT WE DIDN'T RESERVE. WHEN WE FINALLY DID GET INTO OUR ROOM IT WAS AWFUL THE SMELL THE PAINT COMIN OFF OF THE CEILING. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS 3 TIMES AND THE 3RD TIME WE WERE TIRED OF MOVING FROM ROOM TO ROOM. I WOULDN'T EVEN LET MY ENEMY STAY HERE NEVER. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS AND TAKE IT FROM THERE THE MORE BAD THE REVIEWS YOU SHOULD TAKE HEED AND DONT GO.

Could not get much sleep because of the cheapest matress or the loudest a/c unit that I can every remember. The bathroom had a rusty door frame, missing tilework and a sink about to fall through the counter top. They were not busy at all but failed to deliver an ashtray and chair for use on the two foot wide balcony. If you see their sign just keep on driving.
