When we first arrived to our room, it had a musty odor in it, the air conditioner was not working properly. The mattress was only about 3" thick on a regular sized box spring. The pool was very hot, and the jacuzzi was freezing. After informing the front desk about the pool/jacuzzi problem the jacuzzi was fixed but the pool was too warm (it was not refreshing on the hot days). After about our fourth day there our 5 yr old son was using the bathroom early one morning, and started screaming that there was a bug in there, after looking I found a roach on the floor, I put the bug in a cup with a lid and took it to the front desk, all the employee could say was "What would you like me to do with this?" The next day I spoke to a manager, they asked me who was working that night, like I should know, shouldn't that be their job, the manager told me that they would look in to this and some kind of compensation would be given to us. When we checked out I told the front desk about the problems, and asked to speak with the manager that I spoke to and they had no idea of who the manager was. I also asked if there was a compensation for us and they told us no. I would not recommend this place to anyone.\
Our friends who stayed at the hotel also, said that it was a much nicer and better place when Marriott owned it.
