Average hotel

The view of the ocean is beautiful from the hotel and the restaurants in the hotel. It is very close to the fishing pier and restaurants in the surrounding strip. The inside of the hotel needs updating. The rugs are shabby and the furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. Our room overlooked the city and it was very noisy. We heard trash trucks coming all day long starting early in the morning. The fitness room didn't have anything useful for people to use. The bed felt like sleeping on a brick and the front desk people were not friendly at all. It was clean though and the beach was right there and the food in the hotel restaurant was good. The staff that hangs around the pool is too loud having their own personal conversations which could annoy the guest trying to read or relax.
Overall, the hotel is fine to stay in if you plan on sightseeing or plan to be out most of the day. For staying any length of time though, it isn't luxurious enough and you will be disappointed.
