The Westgate Towers is two miles from Disneys Animal Kingdom; Theme Park, four miles from Epcot;, 11 miles from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, and 15 miles from Universal Orlando.Family-friendly amenities include two childrens pools, three outdoor pools, three spa tubs, a fitness center, a playground, and a game room. Picnic areas with barbecue grills are available. Guests also have access to the facilities at the Westgate Vacation Villas, a half-mile away, including 13 pools, organized childrens activities (surcharge), and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Self parking is complimentary. This is a smoke-free property.The property offers 275 nonsmoking suites and studios located in a three- and a six-story building. All rooms have contemporary decor, complimentary premium channels, and dial-up Internet access (surcharge). Kitchens or kitchenettes provide microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, coffeemakers, and dinnerware. Bathrooms have separate showers and spa tubs or shower/spa tub combinations. Daily housekeeping service is available for an additional surcharge.

what a bunch of haters, this place is amaizin, my husband & I enjoyed ourselves out there, is not the best hotel even but is pretty good for the price, if ya didnt like it ya shoulda stay home.

Not the best condo

Loved the location. Loved having a washer and dryer off the kitchen. Used Interval International and booked a one bedroom for a week. Would probably not stay here again. The bed was as hard as a brick! The television did not work well. The bedroom phone was broken. The size was ok. Our toilet overflowed and they did not mop the floor after the fixed it. My main complaint was the bed.

Completely unsatisfied

I went with my family last month but I really do not recomend this place. We made a reservation one week before and dates were completely wrong. We didn't have room when we arrived. After 30 min checking in finally the manager solved the problem. Studio was not what we expected. Small and dirty. Room was not cleaned up during the stay. They said they just clean the room every 4 days...unbelivable. This never happened in other westgate resorts before.

Mattresses

The mattresses in both beds were terrible. It is pretty bad to be on your feet all day and then come back to a terrible mattress. The sofabed was so noisy we had to place it on the floor. The cleaning people came at 9am while we were still getting ready and said they couldn't come back later. :-(( That was very uncomfortable for all of us.

LOVED IT!

I LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SURROUNDINGS. THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT AND ITS SURROUNDINGS ARE VERY PEACEFUL. THIS LOCATION IS GREAT FOR A RELAXING VACATION. IF YOU WANT CROWDS AND LOTS OF PEOPLE WANDERING AROUND VISIT WESTGATES RESORT ACROSS THE STREET (WITHIN A MILE)OF TOWN CENTER AND RETURN TO THIS RESORT FOR A PEACEFUL EVENING. I WILL DEFINATELY RETURN FOR A FUTURE VISIT. RESORT LOCATED WITHIN A MILE OF DISNEY.

I DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD WRITE A POSITIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE GOT TO BE LIES

This place is nothing more than a hotel. In fact it used to be a hotel. The ammenities they state are not even at this resort. They are a mile away at Westgate Villas. Look I am just telling you the way it is. This place is not for children on vacation. Their other resorts are alot nicer and have all the ammenities. Westgate Towers is in no way a 5 start resort or even a 3. I am just telling you 100% the facts. PERIOD

Its gorgeous

I like everything about it. The staff is great they are so friendly. It was a great experience. And I didnt buy the last time I went( big mistake). I am going to visit orlando again, and I dont see me staying anywhere else. The same mistake wont happen twice, I am ready to buy.

Our stay had us a little buggy!

We have a timeshare for the Polo Towers in Las Vegas and decided to turn in our week for a week in Florida. Normally we stay in a hotel when in Orlando. When we checked into the resort we were greeted and given prompt service. We were escorted to our room and explained everything about the resort and told to call for anything....Which we did. There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom! The problem was taken care of immediately. Next we realized we were supposed to have a poolside, ground floor room after looking at our confirmations when we unpacked. We called and left a message which was never returned. The room we were in was on the second floor and overlooked the pool so it was still very nice. The stay was pleasant for the week that we were there. The children loved the pools. And the location was great for our visits to the Disney Parks.Overall I would recommend Westgate Towers to others and would probably go back again.
