This place is GREAT! we have stayed here multiple times year after year. The hotel is clean, friendly and the pool is wonderful. The beach is directly across the street. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. Better than a lot of very very expensive hotels we have visited in places like Grand Cayman, St. Thomas VI and other places.

Romantic and Wonderful!

We love the quality of this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, great linens and great amenities. This hotel is usually busy which makes our many stay-cations here full of fun and energy! For a weekend of romance, great food, and lots of beach and entertainment nearby, this is a perfect hotel.

Great music and entertainment

It seems the Marriott has changed their entertainment. A Jazz singer, Noreen Downey fills the room with her own brand of Jazz music. This is attracting people old and young, locals and tourists. She gets the dance floor filled, and her friendliness is refreshing. It is a must see and hear!

Great pre wedding stay

We arrived on Sat.morning in June for a Sat night wedding. We had a great time with family and friends by the pool before the wedding. The drinks were excellent and the staff was very accommodating. The wedding was beatiful. At the cocktail hour they placed lights under the table cloths to make it appear luminescent and it gave way to such an amazing ambience. It was conveniently located across the street from the beach and down the block from some great shopping and dining. The room was very nicely decorated with a tropical flair remenicent of the carribean. Great place for a pre party hangout with family and friends.

OK if you like ballroom dancing

Every Wednesday-Saturday they have a resident band playing. Locals attend the hotel for these evenings and they are all over 60. The whole of these evenings is dedicated to ballroom dancing. Not good for young people. The other 3 nights the bar is deserted. One night we were in there on our own and they close quite early. The hotel is not used by many holiday makers is is mainly full to the brim with psople on conferences and seminars. This is really nice during the day as the swimming pool is deserted and you have no trouble getting a sun bed. Not so good at the weekend though, they have weddings and all sorts of functions and people some for the day, so you have to get to the pool early if you want a sun bed. Overall the hotel was lovely and clean in a nice location for the beach, bit of a walk to a majority of restaurants and night life in Delray. Hotel staff were really friendly, but they didn't like changing travellers cheques at the reception. Really only a good place to stay if you don't want to do much and relax
