Holiday Inn Select, Panama City

my bed was not maid very good and when i called housekeeping there was a lady that her name way sandra and was real snobby about her houskeeper do the best that thy can. for the price that i payed my room should of been clean there was trash just under the bed skirt and the tub had mold on the jets i woulnt have wanted to take a bath i bearly took a show in that tub some one really needs to talk to the houskeeping staff they dont need to talk to there gest the was sandra did i wont ever stay there again

I was flying out of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and only stayed for one night, but that was enough, shouldn't have stayed for that but it was too late and I was too tired. I chose this hotel because of the bar and restaurant on site. It started off with a drink from the bar, I ordered a martini and when asked "with olives" I said yes, gladly. The bartender who I'm told has been there for long time, told the trainee to open the gallon of Olives, once opened she reached her whole hand into the jar and pulled out a few olives and speared them onto a toothpick. Ah no olives please.... After the bar I went to the restaurant, great no one else was in there.... 35 minutes later, my salad arrives (it was room temp) and wings had an odd taste to it , no more than a walk back to the kitchen, my dinner comes out. I ordered a steak which was raw, not pink (med-rare), the baked potato was warm, but cold enough for me to pick up with my hand and the zucchini looked like it had been cooked 3 times over. When asked how my food was I picked up my baked potato which was barely warm and said it was cold. I didn't eat and they were nice enough not to charge me. I got to my room and noticed that the bed did not look right....I know when a bed has been slept in, so I pulled the covers back and sure enough it looked like someone had slept in it and made the bed. I called for new sheets and covers...when I was making the bed, in which the person that brought up the sheets, watched me make...as I pulled the sheet off, I saw the mattress pad was ill fitted and filthy, with spots and hair....I took my phone and took pictures of it.. I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I go back

The pool area is nice and the decor is cool, though priced a little too high for not being on the beach. The service was very friendly and the place was very clean.

My family and I stay here everytime we are in Panama City. The kids LOVE the indoor pool. Great service, great rooms, beautiful grounds and fountains. Easy check-out.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Select in Panama City, Florida. the hotel is beautiful. I was especially impressed with the decor; the fans, the plants, the pool area is unbelievable, and the lounge is like nothing I have seen before. The staff was of the highest quality - from the room attendents, the rest. staff, the front desk, and the bartenders too(great jokes). Thanks for everything. I will be back again and again! R&D

I really loved this hotel. The room was great and very clean. They brought me cookies and milk durning the evening. I thought that was a great touch. I had breakfast in the restaurant and was able to use my wireless lap top at the same time. The plants in the lobby are beautiful. I will go back to this hotel when i travel to panama city, fl.

i have been there at this hotel 2 time and it is awsome i cant wait to back again
