The Days Inn Cocoa Beach located at the Cocoa Beach Pier and just 300 feet from the ocean. Only 18 miles to Kennedy Space Center, three miles to Port Canaveral, and 45 miles to Orlando International Airport.Enjoy our tropically landscaped picnic area or work out in our fitness center. The outdoor heated pool features a covered second story lounge deck. All rooms are in two story buildings with exterior access and feature microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Every room also includes FREE high speed internet access, free local calls and free parking. Other amenities include telephone with voicemail, cable TV, Pay per view movies and on site coin operated laundry facilities. Dining out is made easy with the Omelet Station Restaurant in our parking lot and Durangos Steakhouse next door.Pets are allowed in certain rooms. Pet fee is $25.00 Non Refundbale per stay.Complimentary Day Break Breakfast.

Great Bargain, Great Hotel, Great Location!

Clean rooms, reasonable price, walking distance to the beach and pier! I was afraid I was going to get what I paid for but I got a great bargain at a great place. I was very happy with the hotel, staff and location. We didn't wake up early enough for the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

The room costs more,then it should be.....

The rooms are renovated allright,but the carpet and the whole room stunk! It did not worth the price we paid,.....almost $100.00 ! They should be around,....59.95 rather! Then.......the breakfast room is "combined" for two hotels........and it was "way too crowded"! The line was long,....then there's no empty table available,.......etc!

great location ...older hotel ...but clean ...great breakfast place next door ..right at the pier ....nice staff ...reasonable rates ....we didnt think of looking anywhere else ...of course there is nicer however we came to see the ocean and the beach not stay in our rooms the whole time!!...beds were super comfy ...great place ...

It was GREAT.

I was at this location recently, and the only thing I could complain about was for about an hour one night the bathroom smelled horrendous, and it wasn't coming from us. Other than that, most of them were very friendly, we even forgot that we had left 20 dollar bills on the tables and they didn't even touch them at all. We stayed in 151 and 152. I might add that the walkway around the hotel was fairly sandy, but that's a bit obvious. :) Great time, great and friendly people. Wooooohoo. :)

watch your belongings

we unfortunatly left 2 jackets in the wardrobe but the housekeeper said they were not there when she looked she either did not do her job properly and someone else stole them or she did .I was so disapointed not to get our jackets back. we have stayed in Days Inn before and always found them very safe and friendly but not this one

Good hotel

I stayed here with my group June 2008. It was clean and the people were friendly. Great location to everything even the cruise terminal. We stayed here before in the past and never had any problems. We will come back.

Great value

If you are looking for a fancy hotel this is not it BUT if you are looking for a functional, clean, peaceful room with friendly people running it then this is it. We were being relocated and had no idea what to expect or where we were going. The people here made our stay there very pleasant. The level of care we recieved at this motel was much higher than we recieved at the very expensive one at the Miami Airport.

Best in Florida

The location is fabulous.....I never had to drive anywhere the weeks I come and stay. I go every year to the same place and same hotel. It is right on the pier and they have all kinds of entertainment every night of the week. I can sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from my room and the quiet cool breeze from the ocean blowing into my room. It is great for singles or families and it is well lit at night for long late night walks. I will continue to stay here each year I return.

Good basic lodging.

Likes: Very friendly staff at the check-in counter when I arrived. Gave very good recommendations for dining in the local area. Rooms/amenities were fairly basic, but had everything needed for a short stay. I had a refrigerator/microwave in the room which was useful. Internet access was available in the room as well. Dislikes: The rooms had been cleaned fairly well, but there were places that could have used a little more attention to detail - there were some shoe sole marks on the bathroom floor, and the iron that was in the room needed to be cleaned (I wouldn't use it on my clothes for fear of staining from the gunk that was on it). Overall it was a good place to stay for a pretty good price. But if you're looking for something fancy this is not the place to go.

I was very unhappy not to receive a reply to my statemet. I requested information about an extra $12.57 charged to my account. No reply. We tried to use the tv, cable, and was unable to get service, too Elaine Sardina Orlando FL
