Think what you want...ughh
By Sue Goldstein, 1/7/11
Let me start off. The "apartment" side of the hotel is not that bad. I moved in the begining of Dec. I had to down size due to problems so planned on living here for a little bit. It was a good size to stay in . Had two beds a walk in closet a kitchen and patio . It was my son and I staying there alone. There were a few roaches so if are looking for perfect go to the hilton this is not the place. First the sign you see from I-4 wrong. One that is for the hotel part of the place which is where all the drama happens (not horrible drama just stuff) and it is not even $159 with taxes its $187 a week not including the $50 deposit you have to put down also. Ok so back to the "apartment" side of the place. Its $234 a week to stay in this small room. The initial first payment was $284 because of the deopsit. Ok so first night there i wanted to relax take a hot shower. Well it either takes 20 mins to warm up to room temp or no hot water at all. The remote does have a leash attached to the night stand. It smells a little and there like i said are roaches. Now to the hotel part which i had to move to to be cheaper (eh kinda) i walk in way smaller tiny fridge barely cools your stuff down. It is 20 times smaller then the apt side which is in the front of the place. The hotel seemed "cleaner" smelt better. Well once again everything moved in wanted a shower i couldnt get it to cool down i got burnt. My son went to pee and there was a huge spider. My sister was staying the night with me and tons of baby roaches started to crawl out of the phone next to the bed. The remote for the tv did not work. The towels had brown and black stains all over them. It is just a tiny fridge and microwave you get no space to hang clothes just a dresser no counter space no really space to walk around so dont have over 3 people in the room or you will be on top of them. The month i have been here cops have been here twice. Not sure why i think one was an eviction for some reason. I am a pretty optimistic person but for the price you have to pay i should have stayed at the hilton or motel 6 or even red roof inn. I dont mind bugs and i can clean my own place but it was just not worth the money. Maybe a little cheaper like the sign says i would understand it being how it is. But not for $187 for a small hotel room with just one adult and not $234 for the Apt room again one adult one 3 year old. Dont for get to include the $50 deposit they do not mention if you plan on staying here. If you need a place to stay i suggest go two more exits down and pay $20 more for something without roaches no stink clean towels and toliet paper that doesnt wipe up correct if ya know what i mean. Well that is about it. You make your choice if you stay here expect to prob not have a very good stay unless you go in expecting what is mentioned above.

Not amazing, but well worth it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/20/10
I travel pretty frequently now in my new position and stayed at the countryside inn for 3 nights on business. Staff was nice, room was affordable, bed was really comfortable and I didnt see the filth illustrated by other folks. I'm surprised by the bad rap they're getting so I'm posting this to a couple different sites. The desk guy told me that new management had been brought in when I asked about the reviews; which probably explains things. I will go back when Im in town.‎

If you can't find a ditch to sleep in...
By Gracie, 3/9/08
...then by all means stay here. HORRIBLE !! I just don't feel like I can emphasize that enough. Apparently any money they had for renovations was used on the lobby area because the rest of the place was a pit. We had to leave a $5 deposit to get a remote control for the TV and then I find out I was charged 75 cents when I called the front desk to ask where the remote was. The last time I slept on a mattress that bad what when I gave away my 15 year old mattress. This place is also apparently in one of the worst areas of town. So if you enjoy the soothing lullaby of sirens, you're in luck. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. This place is no kind of bargin.

i hated this place and the onsite manager!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/25/08
ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES AND NASTY FRONT DESK (MANAGER)!!! MOST OF MY ITEMS THAT WERE LEFT IN THE ROOM WAS STOLEN BY MAINTANANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING SAYING THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF MY MISSING ITEMS!!! THIS PLACE REALLY SUCK WITH HAVING CLEAN ROOMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE WITH ANY CLEANEST TO THEMSELVES NOT RESERV ROOMS HERE BECAUSE YOUR TUB, SHEETS, FLOOR AND ROACHES WILL HAVE YOU WANTING YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE ONSITE MANAGER WILL TURN IT AROUND AS IF YOU ARE THE PROBLEMS FOR THE ROOMS BEING IN SUCH CONDITIONS. SHE WILL REFUSE TO GIVE MONEY BACK ON ROOMS SO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T INVEST IN SUCH FLITH! THANK YOU!

this place is awesome!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/20/08
This place is awesome. the roaches here are small and polite. We only had to kill 2 of them!!! we didnt even have to worry about losing the remote to the tv, because their wasn't one. The toilet ran all night and provided a soothing ambiance for a great night sleep on a very comfortable bed. If you dispersed your weight on it, the springs wouldn't stab you so hard. All and all...AWESOME!!!! I wish I could live here.
