Radisson Hotel Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, Lake Buena Vista

This hotel was very clean and beautiful. The sleep number beds felt awsome to come home to. The only thing i didnt like was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but im sure that doesnt happen everyday and if you are planning to go to Disney World, the shuttle only goes to epcot and at weird times,so call and check that out. but other than that i really enjoyed my stay!

we've stayed at this place every time we went to disney its really close we stayed 10 days two times in one year and we loved it there they went above and beyond service and courtesy

i like dat it had a arcade hope it's still there has a shop with every thing u need rooms has a/c wat i dislike was that yes they had a place to eat but in the afternoon there is no returant there and it location to disney and it had a bus there fr us and all over all it was great but i hope that is had a resturant one more thing i did not like was internet and $1 a min wat is that

loved it...you cant beat the price and the location is outstanding...very close to disney and universal. i highly recommend it.

My husband and I both agreed that this was the worst hotel we had ever stayed at in our entire lives. The hotel staff was rude to its guests and the rooms were dirty and unkept. The hotel lobby and pool looked old and outdated. The bed and sheets were disgusting. Its rates are cheap, but it was not a pleasant experience at all.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I had an uneasy feeling about staying at this hotel. The lobby seemed outdated and not clean. The staff and the reservation desk seemed quite friendly and helpful. The next ominious sign was the elevator. It was unclean and debris on the floor...which, I might add, was there the duration of my 5 night stay. However, I was not prepared for the room. At first glance, it appeared outdated. But, it didn't take but a few minutes to discover the awful truth. The walls were streaked with stains of "whatever" had run down them. The night stand had trash behind it and the top of it was so dirty that the items on it were stuck down. The shower curtain had black stains on it that appeared to be mildew. Even though a housekeeper came to the room each day, the room did not appear to have been cleaned other that the usual making of beds and towel exchange. The television remote batteries were dead and had to be replaced. My main impression was that this hotel is suffering from major neglect. The location to downtown Disney was acceptable, but the busy intersection to get there was a bit scarey. I notifed Days Inn of my disapointment and I received a letter back (name misspelled and a note from them). They appeared to have no clue as to who I was or at which Days Inn I had stayed. I would not recommend this hotel, but if budget lodging is what you are after and you don't mind the uncleanliness, this might be your choice. John Weddel

I have stayed two times in this hotel, While its not a fancy resort, and does not offer views to landscapes, It was a very plesant stay. The room was clean, the buses to the park were on time. I would stay again.

This hotel is great. It is in a great location, close to the theme parks, with Shuttle service. It is one of the more inexpensive hotels in the area. We stayed New Years Eve, last year. And we were set to have a room with 2 double beds and she upgraded us to a King size bed, for no additional cost, she just felt like being nice. That is great customer service. The breakfast is nice, in the morning served hot and fresh. The view is pretty good. I feel that for the price, location, and overall experience you can not beat this hotel. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Check in was a nightmare. Don't know where they dug up this old woman. She actually screemed at me because my daughter pushing my grandaughter in a wheelchair followed the very nice bellman on the elevator to our room. I was still at the desk checking in. She said "you people have a lot of nerve", you have no buisness in that room till 3pm. It was 5 min before 3. We had a handicapped room, lovely view on the 17th floor. Room appeared clean, but upon leaving noticed the box spring was all stained, absouletly filthy. When I got home I wrote to management and to date never recieved a reply.

The rooms were clean. The motel has been there for a while and looks it. The location is very good and the price was great.
