Waffle House restaurant is next door.The hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, Internet access in the lobby and pool area, free parking, business services, and a guest laundry. Pets are welcome for a fee of 10 USD per pet, per night. Please note that office hours are 7am to 9pm. Guests who need a late check in are asked to please contact the hotel.The guest room amenities include free local calls, electronic door locks, cable TV with extra stations, air conditioning, microwave, and mini-refrigerator.

Worst motel i have visited in a long time

Really dirty. The carpet was so filthy it turned our feet black. Tub was dirty...BROWN. Ice machine barely working. No alarm clock, iron, hair dryer. The shampoo bottle was old and refilled. Parking lot smelled like hot garbage. THE only bonus was that waffle house was in the parking lot but after walking thru the hot garbage smell who felt like eating? Do not stay here. It was NOT the best value in town. There are several places closer to the action that cost less if you use priceline. WE can't believe that this is the first bad review? Who wrote the positive reviews? The owner? Hope this saves you some money and time.

Best price in town

we got the best price in town, For a clean and spacious room,right in the middle of it all, fishing,shopping and nightclubs,we had a great time. Front desk staff very friendly.

Destin is great.

The room I was in was nice & clean. The price was unbelivably low for the Destin area. I would stay here again although I was rarely in the room because there was so much to do.
