Boardwalk Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

Almost all employees were terrible. It was always AT LEAST a 45 minute wait for the front desk. We never got our room cleaned unless we called, and always had to order our own towels and TP. I got harassed by two male security guards, who took advantage of me for not knowing my rights (I later checked, and they definitely did a few illegal things to me). The security guards yelled at me to the point that I was in tears. The only good service was the food. The women working in the cafeteria were great, as well as the bartenders in the bar. Overall, with how upsetting the trip was, not to mention how disgusting our room and the hallways felt, it was no where near worth it. If you want to enjoy your trip, choose somewhere else.

Stayed at this motel last november i have never seen so many HUGE ROACHES all over the place!!!! I showed the front desk guy and said we wanted a new room (he didnt care the least bit he just said ok) moved rooms still roaches all over very disgusting hotel wrote the company an email never heard back they are rediculous!!

the bed had bed bugs in it, moved to a second room the tolit seat was on the floor and someone had peed in the conner, never did clean it, would never go back.

The veiw was beautiful but the rooms are nasty. We had trouble from the start. The front desk didn't tell us where our room was located it took an hour to find out what section we we're in and then our door wouldn't unlock, it took four times of calling the front desk before they finally moved us to another room. The bathrooms are so small that you can hardly turn around and the workers are unfriendly. We will definitely come back to Panama but will never stay here again. It's better to pay more than save a few bucks and that's just what we will do.

This was a wonderful deal, right on the beach we had a wonderful experience. The only complaint is the parking. If you get there late you're gonna have problems.

Went here on spring break 2007 and stayed in the room with 3 other guys. Room service never cleaned our room or sheets once and we stayed almost a week. It was cheap for spring break but if I went back I think I would definitely pay a little more money to stay somewhere nicer.

This hotel was perfect for Spring break! For all families, I would not suggest you stay here during the spring break season...a little wild for young children. But other than that, if you're looking for a cheap, fun hotel, I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the middle of everything. It's right on the beach, and just down the street from all the major clubs and bars.

Our room lacked a working phone and both lamps in the room had burnt-out bulbs. The shades didn't work and our non-smoking room reeked so badly of smoke we had to wash all our clothes upon our return. Blankets were worn out and very shabby looking. The inside of the elevator looked third world. The only thing that pleased us was the beautiful view of the ocean from our room.
