Sheraton Reston a Winner

This was my first stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it without hesitation. I received prompt and courteous pickup at Dulles airport from their shuttle, and they also provided frequent shuttle service to nearby Reston Center with it's great shops and restaurants. With my Starwood frequent traveler card I was given access to the club level lounge wher they serve an excellent complimentary breakfast.

Always a great sleep!

We have stayed here many times and really enjoy the large rooms with comfy beds! The rooms we've had were very quiet and clean and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the Starbucks stand in the lobby. The location is an easy drive to the Town Center for shopping and great restaurants.

Walk to Dulles

Huge room, very nice bathroom. They offered high speed internet for only $10 day and had web tv and gameboy as well. Quiet suburb location with lots of big new shopping centers at that exit. Not very far to DC but traffic makes it take forever.

Service is good. But they make a mistake on my charge and promise the refund but I have not receive refund for over a month

Every perfect except this. But they make a mistake on my charge and promise the refund but I have not receive refund for over a month. I have called many times but no action response yet. I'm thinking about pushing legal charge against them.
