Hotel damaged our car in their garage
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/13/07
The hotel is unprofessionally run. The staff is rude. Few amenities for the price. No high-speed internet as advertised. The valet damaged our car when attempting to pull it up from their very small garage. The front passenger side was gouged causing $1600 of body repair. My wife and I communicated with the head manager who refused to admit fault and their very amateurish insurance carrier was uncooperative. We are now stuck with a $1600 repair bill. The bottom line, you may save money on the room, but you may also have your car mangled. Don't stay in this hotel.

Perfection!!!!
By Not, 12/8/06
This hotel and its staff is truly a 5 star experience. From the moment I arrived I knew that I had made the right choice in staying there. One individual stands out as being the epitome of customer service, kindness, and true hospitality. His name is Albert Brito and he made my stay so very pleasent. Because of him and the other staff I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Thank you Albert for making my stay the greatest ever. You truly deserve the highest praise. Joseph DeMent

Disappointed
By pig, 6/29/06
We selected this hotel for our vacation stay, based on the positive reviews we had read on the Internet about this hotel. When we arrived we were told our room would be ready at 3 p.m. At 4 p.m. we returned to the hotel, and we were told we would not be able to get the room that we had booked. We were offered a similar room that was smoking, but we are not smokers. We were offered a double (there were 4 adults - all family). We took the double room with the promise that we would get the room we had reserved for the remaining of our stay. The hotel did come through with this arrangement, however, the attitude of the manager and the front desk staff was very "snotty". It was as if they were giving me the opportunity to stay in their hotel and why wouldn't I just be happy with anything they had to offer. Their arrogant attitude bothered me more than not getting the room I had reserved. We were not provided with ample towels and after leaving a note for the maid and a generous tip requesting additional towels, we received 2 towels for 4 people. We had to call the front desk to request the additional towels. In the stack of towels they brought, they included a bath mat and a towel stained with what appeared to be grease all over it. We waited more than 30 minutes for the towels to be delivered. Would I stay here again - NO and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
