BEST WESTERN Tysons Westpark, McLean

This place stinks...went here as a quick stay (only 2 nights) and a friend of mine saw something crawling on the sheets and and squashed it and blood splattered out. Clearly a bed bug, he notified the manager who brought in an Exterminator. The exterminator said that there was no evidence of bed bugs, but it then came to my realization that they Housekeeping had cleaned up the evidence before the exterminator had come! Awful, not worth a penny.......

All around mediocre. The food was pretty in gross at times. Also the rooms were dirty and one room had bedbugs. Every rooms has a view of the highway. I would only reccomend this hotel if you're looking for a quick cheap stay.The only plus is the service was kind and includes a pool. None of my friends had a good stay.

The hotel was very dated and had a horrible musky smell. The room I stayed in, 722, smelled like it had been a prior smoking room (which the hotel did allow up until about a year or so ago when VA put laws against smoking in hotels). I was so uncomfortable; I would not even take my shoes off. I lifted the sheets and found a dead bug. At the time I figured it was just a dead beetle but when I woke the next morning with bites all down my left leg- I looked up bug bites. Wish I could post the picture. It was what I would assume to be a dead bed bug- looked just like one. The hotel staff was very nice, they did comp my stay with an apology for any inconvenience. They also closed the letter with a P.S. I have been informed by the chief of engineering that the room our guest stayed in, Is free and clear of any said Bed Bugs. Any decent hotel would have not only closed the room but had a professional come out and check the room out. If you look up bed bugs- they say they hide in box springs and such, and the fact that I found a dead body and woke with bites all over my body… well you be the judge. It’s a cheap hotel, but you usually get what you pay for. It was not worth it in my case, so just beware.

We stayed 1 night with my husband and kids. It was very old smelling, my room was clean but the doubles beds were full size and the room did smell like someone smoked in it. the hotel is very dated and in much need of a renovation. The room door was hard to open- my husband had to bump it with his shoulder and AC rattled all night. I would not stay there again. The breakfast was free but they put a paper so you can leave a tip (felt cheesy) leave cash or charge the room even if you did not use the waitress help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL even with the financial savings. I couldn't wait to leave.

rooms are stinky no hot water bad customer service it was rediculous bed bugs I mean I stayed thee for two nights and before we left I had little bed bug bites about 9 bites were on my cheeks it was a sad! I think this is the worst best western Ive been to and I really think you guys should change your location or upgrade fast because that building is old and rotten dont ever stay here

The location was excellent, there was a hotel complimentary shuttle to metro and great buffett style breakfast. Great Value for our money and traveling without a reservation. The Whole staff at the hotel was kind, the front desk staff every morning asked how we were and how was our day before sight seeing, its not often you go to a hotel that greats you everyday and remembers your name, I will always stay at this Best Western when ever i get the chance. A+ all around.

i recently went on a trip with my school to washington d.c. the standard room i rented was $299 and was awful! FIRST- the entire hotel smells of cigarette smoking, we found COCKROACHES outside the building, we found dead bugs and spiders in our bed, and a plentiful amount of blood on the floor which the manager ( unknown ethnicity could NOT speak english properly) almost refused to clean up he requested we clean it up OURSELVES! i would definitley advise you to NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!

Staff is friendly, however hotel's non-smoking policy is not enforced. Breakfast is not so good.....

I was with the W-L high school reunion. 9-28-29-07 I am going to plead with our reunion committee, NEVER to subject us to your low standards again. Mainly the restaurant. Especially breakfast is just awful, and to expensive. Relaxing in your bar was not fun. I was severly overcharged for the simple rental of a 27 inch TV. If my reunion people insist on coming back to your hotel, I will not be there. I hated it. We were denied the use of the pool, of which I was especially interested. Not open during the week????????

This Hotel was very close to where my Husband had his Red Hat Class and they were real nice with our cat - Plus the restraunt was real good food and the room service was great plus the Comedy Club and Pub was great
