We can back again
By christsarmiento, 11/12/09
The location is so nice. The neighborhood is plenty of malls and restaurants as well the hospitality of the people is very kind. The hotel was full, but we have parking close to our room. The room was very clean, the maid every day came to our room, and change towels, and clean it. The front desk personnel very kindly. The breakfast was pretty nice, Continental breakfast. We have problem with the WiFi connection, but the manager fixed it. During the nigh, security was looking the parking lot. It is a very quiet place. I cannot say, "It was noise, because I am lying." In a few words, all personnel, the hotel, the maintenance was wonderful. I recommend it, and of course; I will back again. Thank you. Christine P/S I was from November 7 to November 11, 2009.

We had a lovely experience...
By DaisyBGreen, 08/11/08
We chose La Quinta for it's "dog friendly" policy and we were delighted to find a clean welcoming room waiting for us. There were plenty of green spaces to walk and play with our dog and the staff were delighted by her. Arriving in the heat of the mid-afternoon, the staff had left the a/c on for us, and our room was cool and comfortable. The cleaning staff wore big smiles on their faces and greeted us warmly each morning on their way to work. The breakfasts are such a nice convenience and everything was fresh and good. With all kinds of resturants and shops within walking distance we had plenty of lunch/dinner options. We had a wonderful experience and stayed for 3 days.

Nice hotel

My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was typical but okay. Close to mall, Target, Home Depot, Sam's.

Save yourselves a lot of grief and stay at another hotel!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/03/07
Our bad experience happened from the minute we checked in. Our first room hadn't been cleaned and the Cleaning Staff had already gone home for the day! Second room had a major leak and the carpet was sopping wet! Finally, third room was o.k. but had to drag bags and a two year old from room to room after a nine hour trip!! Had to call for clean towels after 4:00 pm at least two days because room had not been cleaned yet. Breakfast was alright except that the staff began putting away before the 9:00am cut off time and more often than not, silverware and utensils to serve ourselves were not available. The juice machine was broken the first three days we were there and gave out warm juice. To top off a rough week, our personal credit card was charged instead of the credit card of the company who sent us to this hotel. I don't know about other travelers, but we really couldn't afford to pay out $500 that we had not budgeted for the trip! This was a mistake made by a clearly untrained staff. The manager himself came to fix the girl's mistake but ended up charging the wrong card anyway! We were repeatedly told by the staff that they did not know how to deal with our problems and did not have access to towels, sheets, and even the manager, himself when he was not on the premises!! Save yourselves a lot of grief and stay at another hotel. There are plenty in this area.

horrible customer service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/01/05
We arived for a Weds. night stay. The room was clean but parking was a little limited. The next morning there was no coffe and had to ask THREE seperate times and 20 minutes for desk clerk to make it. He was not in any hurry to help anyone there. We had two rooms and one of them had no hot water. When we informed the front desk his response was" Hmmmm that cant be and could do nuthing for us" HORRIBLE customer service. it is worth the drive to move on down I-225
