Would definitely go here again!
By Dumby, 4/5/09
I was very pleased with this hotel and staff. When I called, the operator did try to sell me on the most expensive rooms possible, but she was willing to work with me to get something more reasonably priced. A selling point for me was the shuttle service to and from the airport and downtown area. The hotel is clean and spacious, with a restaurant downstairs and a business office. I did not eat at the restaurant, but they were nice enough to offer me a free alcohol drink or dessert each day I stayed. My room was clean and neat, with a kingsized bed and couch and view of the pool. It was quiet enough at night to sleep well. Staff were courteous and helpful, and acted professionally. It was easy to set up transportation. I was very pleased with my stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Stay away from this Holiday Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/19/08
This ws the worst experience we ever had. The staff was not responsive, it took me 10 min to get the attention of the check in clerk. The rooms saw better times ages ago. One lamp had no bulb and a second one was broke. As a Premier Gold customer I was given a room facing towards the back, loud all night and when the night club closed at 2 in the morning we though they would drive though our room. The food in the restaurant was mediocre. Bottom line if you want to have a quiet night and value for money, don't go there.

Party Time
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/12/08
What convinced me to stay at this motel was the transportation from and to the the airport and five miles around the motel. We did not have rent a car for the weekend. We really enjoyed being driven around and not having to worry about traffic or getting lost. When we were driving to the motel, the driver drove us through a poor, scary looking neighborhood. I was getting nervous. When we pulled up to the motel, I knew right away it was a dump. Checking in was a breeze, the room was clean the bed was great. My husband a I were impressed. It was quiet when we left for a Nuggets game. But when we came back around 11:00 PM, I thougt we drove up to a night club. It was very uncomfortable and intimidating. There was no front desk attendant. The front entrance was full of bar patrons, looking at my husband and I as if we just walked into their living room. Very uncomfortable. We stayed two nights the second night we weren't out that late. By morning you couldn't tell there was a party going on til 3 AM. The rest of our stay was fine.

WILL STAY AGAIN!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/07
We were very scared from reading the reviews about bed bugs. We really wanted to stay because of the free shuttle (which no one offers in Denver)! The place was great! The rooms were a little small, but they were clean. Seriously, how much time do you spend in your room anyway. The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! The gals at the front desk were so helpful and friendly and the shuttle driver, Harold, was the best! He took us everywhere. But please, tip your driver, it is well worth it and in the long run you are saving bunches of money even when you tip! We had an excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Don't let the reviews given on earlier dates discourage you. I called ahead and spoke to the manager, Jennifer, and she assured me they had new queen beds, their bathrooms were remodeled, and she was extremely friendly about it all! I guess the bar is a hopping place-it looks like it would be fun. I'm sure if we didn't have our 4 yr old, we would have been right down there too. Just ask ahead for a quiet room. We didn't hear a peep. Went to the Red Lion-Central for our last night because we didn't think the Holiday would take us to the new Stapleton shops - but they would have! Very sorry, we didn't just cancel and stay at the Holiday our last night. The Red Lion was awful and the staff was very snotty! STAY AT THE HOLIDAY AND TELL JENNIFER I SENT YOU!

Stay away on Fridays!
By mark, 7/22/06
I don't know about other days of the week, but apparently Friday night is hip-hop night at the bar. I was on the fourth floor, but was kept awake until after 2 AM by the loud thumping coming from the ground floor and the rowdy behavior of the patrons in the parking lot (yelling, laughing, horns honking, etc.) I can't believe I paid over $100 for this room. Horrible, HORRIBLE night! I always thought Holiday Inn was one of the nicer places to stay. I was apparently mistaken.
