Comfort Inn Near Warner Center, Woodland Hills

Just having them honor the reservation for the type room reserved needed resolving, after which we found the room not cleaned after the last night's guests - it was 4:30 pm. Other problems included too few TV stations - none at all for small children, and a jacuzzi that didn't always work - and then only kinda. What apologies the staff offered - which were not many - seemed insincere. Later, I made the hotel chain's head office aware of our experience - we eventually received a letter saying they hoped we would try them again - unlikely. As an aside, as we were checking in an elderly gentlemen came to kindly let the desk clerk know he had assigned him a room that was already occupied. This motel did not seem organized.
