Definatly a stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/21/09
Wonderfull staff, and so nice to have a sit in the hot tub after a very long drive. We got to breakfast early and there was way more food to eat than we could! Again, for the money, you can't beat the La Quinta.

Poor Night's Sleep
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/22/08
The room itself was clean, but I did notice the overflowing trash can outside the entrance, and more importantly the wide open door with a total lack of security (the lock looked broken or disassembled). The elevator was a fright to the 2nd floor, and would have preferred the stairs even after 8 hours on the road. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, probably the most important factors. But, the noise from the freeway and the A/C, and the light from the gaps around the door kept me awake most of the night. "Breakfast" was a joke, even by cheap motel standards....we went to Jack in the Box! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!

never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/04/08
stained bedspreads, toilets half worked, no screens on the windows, cracked toilets, extremely noisy hallway traffic, filthy carpet, no shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee, microwave, fridge and the towels were so dingy i wouldnt allow my dog to use them. pet friendly seems to be their big draw. i would not let my dogs stay there either. yuck

Serviceable, Just not worth the price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/08
If you're traveling with (well behaved) pets, this place is definitely a viable option. Overall, the staff is nice. The non smoking room definitely has an odor that suggests it was not always a non smoking room. Additionally, the rooms are not well insulated for sound. While lying in bed, I could hear the television from the room across the hall. The decor is remarkably shabby and well worn. The promised wi-fi service was intermittent. For the posted rate I would have expected more value.

Good place to stop on a road trip
By Andrew JS, 11/20/06
Hotel is very clean and rooms are large. Free wireless high-speed internet throughout the entire hotel. Free continental breakfast was good also. For road trips along I-5, this is a great place to stop. It's on a main road, so there are plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Really Big Room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/24/06
We reserved a standard room with 2 beds and I was surprised at how large the roomw was. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a non-smoking room which was smoke free, but the hallway outside our room and the lobby of the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The internet connection worked well. There were many nice, well-known restaurants and fast food places close to the hotel.

WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN
By A Yahoo! User, 08/06/06
We liked that it was so clean, had a wonderful continental breakfast, rooms appearance was nice, ease of check in/out was amazing, employee's were fabulous, nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only disadvantages were that we would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room and would like to have had more cable channels on T.V. We would refer anyone there and would stay again!

Second stay - will stay again

Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Discreet entrances via parking lot to secured building. Lovely continental breakfast. Have stayed once before and will stay again!

seen better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/02/05
Not a favorite... -arrived on friday at approx 1:pm-toilet running. asked at front desk for repair (rubber flap replacement). -Returned to hotel at approx 11:pm toilet running-all nite long-(shut bath door to block the noise). -Complained to front desk on Saturday morn, said they'd send someone again. -we returned to the room at approx 3:pm-toilet still running-(i left one small square of toilet paper on tank cover)- went to front desk again-was told they'd send someone for the third time to fix it... -returned to room at approx 10:pm-toilet still running-(little square of toilet paper still in place, ie; no one had opened the lid)- we shut bath door for a second nite. -Left the following morning w/complaint to front desk. Also; only lukewarm shower water.

What a deal!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/01/05
We have stayed at the Red Lion, Oxford suites and the Grand Manor. La Quinta is by far the best deal for a suite. The suite is quite large and very well maintained. The only problem is they only have one suite. The price is well within the means of the average traveler, not much more than a normal room at any other motel.
