Clarion Hotel South Bay, Carson

The service was wonderful and my room was very comfortable. The location was convienent for me. I will come back again for spring break!!! The hotel needs minor repairs but it wasnt an issue for me. I recamend to anyone

Terrible hotel! They overcharged me and got angry that I checked my bill! Still did not give me proper credit. Check your bill! or better yet , find honest people to do business with.

i stay in hotel rooms 200+ days a year and this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at in my entire life. Staff are unfriendly and rude, rooms are dirty, service is ridiculous. I could go on but just read the other reviews i agree 500%

First they checked us into a room that was already occupied. When we got an open room there was still trash in the wastebasket and restroom. They also charged us per day for a safe and wireless internet we never even used, apparently you don't have the choice to deny that option.

It started with being put on the second floor and they have no elevator! Then my key wouldn't work and I had to schlep my bags downstairs back to the front desk. The room was not clean and close to the end doors which are left open all the time. No security, lots of freeway noise and fear for my life. This hotel needs to have it's rating lowered!

the stay here was vey disappointing. overworked housekeeping personnel who must take abuse they do not disserve. management is totallly absent, lots of talk, no effort to please. must rate this experience as another pothole in life. try to avoid this hotel and a major dissappointment!!!

I stayed there 2 nights. There was a party each night in the same room across from mine 2 doors down. My daughter and niece were staying in the room next to our room. people were sitting in the hallwaysuntil 4AM, people entering and exiting the room all night long, loud music, laughter. The first night I had to ask the people in the hallways to please be quiet. After that I placed a call to the front desk. They came up and asked them to be quiet. Nothing changed. Did not get any sleep until 4AM. The next night the same things happened but only LOUDER. 3 calls were placed to the front desk. Nothing changed. I got NO SLEEP at all that night. The offending room was on the end of the building with an open unlocked door to the parking lot so anyone could access the building. I asked the front desk 2 times to move my room and was told they are full up. I expressed my displeasure to the hotel with absolutely no satisfaction from them. Do not go to this hotel! No security!

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in my entire life as a business traveler.My first nigth i was change room 2 times, early the next morning i was change room again due to toillet and bath cloged. The service was very bad , unfriendly,uncaring, worst the manager did not even know about my issues with the rooms. My third nigth spider and bugs were crawling on the walls,very unsafe outside doors were opened after dark , and they always blamed the guess. Manager lied and did not care if i was happy or not , never offer a free nigth, when i ask she keep saying NO, they claim 100% satisfaction or you money back , but it is a Big LIE.I am asking for a full REFUND.
