Reimbursement not honored
First off, they gave away our room before we arrived. It was a busy weekend and we had to drive, after midnight, to another hotel 30 minutes away. They paid for that room and promised to pay for our 2nd night at the Sheraton, which they said would all be taken care of through Price Line, but as it turned out, was not. I was still billed for the 2nd night and since the breakfast at the hotel they sent us to cost as much as the room at the Sheraton, we did not end up ahead for the inconvenience and extra gas money to drive to the other hotel. They did not return my calls or e-mails, nor did Price Line insist on reimbursement for the 2nd night. I will never stay at the Sheraton again and I am also very disappointed with Price Line.
