Stay elsewhere

If you happen to find a good room-rate online, which I did, you won't get the same kind of service you would otherwise. This means, if you get any kind of discount you'll get snubbed. Wireless connection was not available and dial-up cost $12 an hour. Breakfast was only included at certain hotel 'rates.' If you decide to eat at the hotel's restaurant you're looking at paying $5 for a bagel the next morning. The room was so disappointing, even for $150 -- which was apparently a good deal. My toilet didn't flush properly. The air-conditioning/ heater in the room either blasted with ultra-high force or not at all. There was no information in the room regarding the hotel amenities. I had to ask whether there was a gym, whether room service was available, could I have a menu, etc. This is such a below average hotel in terms of the rooms; they're not as clean as I would expect. If you plan to hang out in the lobby, gift store, or in the elevator, great. Otherwise, you'll try to find how to make your stay bearable. No newspaper, dismal rooms, and god forbid you find a good deal online, which still means you pay an unacceptable amount for what you get....
