OVER PRICED FOR WHAT IS

THE SHERATON FRANCHISE BOARD OF DIRECTORS NEED TO EVALUATE THIS HOTEL FOR FRANCHISE PURPOSES, (MY FIRST AND VERY LAST TIME THAT I RESERVE A ROOM THERE) THE HOTEL IS OLD AND DARK ROOMS, PERSONNEL ARE AT THEIR WORSE IN SOLVING PROBLEMS, ESPECIALLY IN THE RESTAURANT WHERE I'VE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT ONLY ONCE, BUT FOR THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF MY STAY (3 DAYS) WHEN ASK FOR THE MANAGER ++ ANA++ SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
