Ugh
By Gilbert B, 05/29/08
Way overpriced, even at less than $80! Dark and noisy rooms. If you want a room facing away from the freeway, you have to pay a premium. Front desk staff was great. Manager was a tool.

You get what you pay for
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/07
Relatively cheap for the area. But you get what you pay for. We have stayed here several times. Again, because it is cheap. The beds have the posture pedic mattresses. Well, they're horrible. You do get a complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water in their fridge. The shower had leaked into the bedroom area. You could take off your shoes, but your feet would be dirty on your second step. I would compare this hotel to a Econo Lodge. Nothing great but the free wi-fi and the waffles.

Good Value - nice room
By M., 06/28/07
I was pleasantly surprised by my room and the friendly staff at the front desk. I wasn't able to check in until after 8 pm but that wasn't a problem at all. I did take advantage of upgrading my room to a pool side room with a patio (3 story building) which was worth the $15 extra dollars. The room was large, very clean and quiet despite being located so near I-10. I could sit on the patio and not even notice the freeway, and the room was even quieter. The breakfast was fine, about what you would expect for the price of the room. Overall, I was happy with my stay and will be staying here again.

great service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/08/06
I was driving by and saw their sign off the freeway. Never expected such a great service for a hotel that I'm not familiar of. I came in and Front Desk were very helpful. Room was great with a very comfortable beds. Before check out, I had the chance to grab some of the complimentary breakfast that was in the Lobby. A wide variety for a free breakfast that is. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back anytime and would highly recommend Nites Inn to my family and friends. Thanks alot!

Does not honor Internet reservations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/13/05
We made reservations for this inn in December of 2004. We were traveling from England and requested handicapped, non smoking accommodations for 5 nights while we were visiting family. When we arrived at the hotel after 26 hours of travel we were told that Internet reservations were 'unreliable at best' and my reserved room had been given to someone else. All they were able to offer us was a regular smoking room. After becoming a bit agitated, I requested speaking to the manager whose best reply was' what can I do, I can't give you something that I don't have'. I would heartily advise anyone looking to book a room at this particular venue to rethink and book with a reliable hotel chain that will honour reservations.

A Great Place to Stay for the whole family.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/04/05
My brother and I booked a room across the street at the Marriot. We got there and the room they gave had one bed, instead of 2 as we asked for. I took my brother across the street to the Nites Inn, and I checked out his room. For a little cheaper price He was getting a room 3 times the size of mine with a Jacuzzi, Free Breakfast in the morning etc. I went back and cancelled the Marriot and checked into the Nites Inn. Breakfast was GREAT! All you can eat omeletes, made the way you want, free fruit, juice etc. I stay at a lot of hotels and room service for breakfast adds up quick. I can't wait to go back to this hotel and relax. Marriot is offering me a free room for my next stay, but I won't even take it. Nites Inn has my business. Nites Inn isn't the newest hotel, but it sure makes up for the quality they deliver.

A hidden gem!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/04
My boyfriend and I frequently stay at this motel when we're in the Ontario area. The customer service is superb! Thier Contintental Breakfast puts some 4-star hotel's Breakfast to shame. I've stayed in different rooms. Some had a microwave and some had a small refridgerator. The location of the hotel isn't too bad. It's walking distance from Denny's and a burgar joint (I forgot the name). The rooms "looked" old (ie. fixtures, the carpet) but didn't smell like it. The soap and shampoo is pretty generic but I usually have my own. I generally pay about $48 for a room because of my Triple A membership. Overall for the money spent, it's a great deal!

Good economical place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/21/04
Because Nite's Inn is located just south of the I-10, you might expect freeway noise to be an issue. I stayed on the second floor, facing the pool and never knew the freeway was there. The staff was very helpful, checking me in early. The continental breakfast included fruit, muffins and do-it-yourself waffles, along with fruitjuice, milk, coffee, etc. Access to the freeway and Ontario airport were excellent; a shuttle stops by the inn if you need a ride to the airport. The inn is a block away from the convention center. The rooms could use modernizing; the fold out bed/sofa had a couple of cigarette burns (even though I was staying in a non-smoking room). It was about what I expected from a budget motel. The room, however was clean and didn't smell. My room contained a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee maker. Best of all, there was a desk just perfect for my laptop, along with a high speed internet connection (some rooms have modem connections/perhaps an upgrade is needed for the high speed connection). I tested the connection speed; it was about 1.5 mps - the same as a T-1. MSN had a nasty habit of being the first site to appear in place of my home page. Since I didn't have a network cable, the front desk sold me one for $5.00; the same cable would have set me back $14 at CompUSA/Office Max. To receive their corporate rate, all I had to show them was my business card. All together, a great place to stay for less then $60. per night.
