Radisson Suites Hotel Buena Park, Buena Park

I loved the poolside room that we had. I loved that the room had a living room area and it included a fridge and a microwave. Two TVs were in the room too. The hotel offered free breakfest and that was great. That saved us money from having to go buy breakfest everyday. I would recommend this place and I would come back again. Thank you Radisson....

Hotel was great. We really liked the fact that they were all suites with the bedroom separate from the living area. Room was very clean, beds were pretty comfortable and had that California feel to it with it's Spanish architecture. The complimentary breakfast was great as well; good variety of food. We would have paid at least $10 for each person and we had five people in our party, so that would've been $50 a day if we had to pay for breakfast. The hotel is located in a very "touristy" part of Buena Park. You are very close to Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times Restaurant and across the street from the Hollywood Wax Museum. There's very easy access to the 91 freeway which takes you to Disneyland. Disneyland is only 10 minutes away from this hotel. If you need to pick up some itmes, there's a Target down the road. If you're hungry, there's quite a few restaurants nearby. The one minor gripe I have is that parking is not easily accessible to the rooms. You have to park on the side or back of the hotel and the side entrance is far from the parking areas. The staff was great. Our car broke down and the manager went out of his way to make sure we were accomodated as much as possible. We really appreciate their patience and help during this very costly and stressful time during our vacation.

Clean rooms, security made sure loud parties were quieted, great breakfast, courtyard/pool area in center of the hotel set it apart from other hotels.

For the amount we paid for, it's ok hotel. But didn't expect to find a cockroach in the bedroom while we were preparing to check out. The first night, I requested a NEW beddings because it looks like it weren't wash at all. (Blood stain on the sheets / lipstick mark on the pillow case) To my disappointment, it never came ! ! ! Finally came down to the frontdesk and requested for new sheets/pillowcase. Few hours later, sheets came but deliver a "FULL" size sheets and no pillowcase (we had "KING" size bed). Called the frontdesk and housekeeping and said they will deliver the right size within an hour. NEVER CAME. The three nights we stayed there, we ended sleeping using the "full" size sheet. Luckily we had a small blanket from home that we used through out our stay there. The bathroom needs a MAJOR cleaning. Stain in the tub. The MAJOR disappoint we experienced staying at this hotel was finding a BIG cockroach in the bedroom. Luckily, it was the day of our check-out. This was the first time we've seen a cockroach that big. We notify the housekeeper while she was passing by and caught the cockroach. I went to the frontdesk to let them know and said the manager will call me regarding this issued. Guess what, the manager NEVER called us. I will NEVER recommend this hotel after this incident. The cockroach and no manager calling us crosses the line.

For the money you pay the rooms are nice....The staff Could of been a bit smarter about things.......We Paid 179.00 for a 2 double bed one bedroom....Fridge didnt work ..Used soap was still In soap holder//BED BUGS/ We were Botherd by the staff at all hours of the night ..They had said we were Loud..My bf and My Best Friends Paid good money to party n feel relaxed at this suite but after u check they NO LOnger Care For Ur needs N Constantley Bother u from having music on with a i phone n whoever has a iphone KNOWS THEIR NOT LOUD.. WE PAID GOOD MONEY TO JUST GET BOTHERD ON A FRIIIDAY NIIGHT....WE CALLED IT QUITS AT 1:00 N STILL THEY CALLD US TO KEEP IT DOWN../.NO I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN TO SPEND MY HOLIDAY WEEKEND.....

WOW!!!! This hotel is awesome!! Staff is so nice (the best ever!) This hotel is an all suite property perfect for everyone! The rooms were so big and VERY comfy! The pool was outstanding and beautiful! The restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet is so worth it!!! Only 5 minutes from Disneyland so they are super close but you avoid the noise of staying across the straight. Only 2 blocks from Knotts. They do provide free shuttle service to both parks. No hesitation, STAY HERE!!!

The service was prompt at check-in and the person was friendly. Our room was not ready so they upgraded us to an executive suite. The rooms looked great, modern stylish Décor and spacious. The sleep number bed was great. The garden/trees in the courtyard were beautiful. They have a shuttle bus that takes you right to Disneyland, so you do not have to deal with parking fees, just make sure you make reservations. Breakfast is free for guests, and lots of food to choose from.

Food is wonderful! Catering service was not! The service was bad. If your planning a wedding, this is a great value, But invest in a wedding planner to stay on top of the catering staff! Hotel and room was just updated, new plazma TV & Decor. Real nice courtyard! Great for photos. It is very romantic. Nice area to walk around, great small resturant that has a full bar. Breakfast is free for guests, and lots of food to choose from.

The service is not worth the money, once you check in and pay, they no longer care about you. For the price there are plenty of other hotels with more to offer.

I spent the weekend here with my girlfriend, and choose this one because it was an all suite hotel. The staff was really good, and the rooms were nice. The sleep number wasn't as great i thought it would have been, but everything else was great. It is located 10 min from disneyland and 2 from knotts.
