Glorified motel

Pets are welcomed. Understaffed at front counter. Appreciate the sleep number bed. Can tell it is old and attempts have been made to remodel. Excellent location off of I-10

Love that place

There is nothing bad about this place in Covina. There where days that we just stood out in the pool area and had lots of fun and could relax.

Loved the place!

This place was beautiful. It was our first trip to southern Cal and the staff and accommodations made it a most enjoyable trip. The room was clean and comfortable. In fact, it was one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. The breakfest was the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

comfy nest off the xpressway

At first the location was questionable (although convienient), but after checking in I found it to be a very pleasant atmosphere. I assumed it would be depressing. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff seemed friendly. The entrance and garden area are beautiful. The room was very nice!

The problem with this place is that no one went that extra step for the customer. They only did what needed to be done. There wasnt anything really worry but there just wasnt anything great about the overall service.

RUDE STAFF

I stayed at the Covina location. The staff were less then freindly and when I got home I noticed my camera was missing, so I called and was told I left a voice message with lost and found. No call back so I called back and talked with the the manager. (Martha) She said she got my message 2 day age but had to check with the kitchen and she would call back. A week past so I called back and wanted to talk to the hotel manager and they gave me to the excective manager who rudely said it wasn't there and I gave her a number that was disconected. (I've had that number 26 years) I have stayed at other Embassy Suites. (mandalay bay and at lake tahoe) and have aways enjoyed the stay. However I will not re-visit you Covina hotel.
