Won't go back!!!

Upon check-in at 5pm room was still being cleaned. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. The Staff was more concerned with getting their job done than being friendly or courteous. Once I had checked out their system was down so they couldn't give me any kind of receipt of stay, which I needed to be refunded by my work. I gave them my fax number so that they could fax the receipt when the system was restored. It’s been over a week and every time I call they say the same thing, "the system is still down and I assure you it will be back up by this afternoon, please call back tomorrow." I gave them the benefit of doubt but after calling everyday for a week with the same accuse is unacceptable.
The one good thing I will say about them is the food, they provide a variety of different food items to enjoy, which a lot of other hotels I have stayed at do not do that. If they only train the staff better at treating customers better and adopt a system that is not so easily crashable they would have a lot better reviews.
