Comfort Inn Anaheim North, Anaheim

My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Disneyland. The hotel disappointed us in the cleanliness and in location. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland parking (they don't offer a shuttle). On the way back to the hotel at night you can not make a left hand turn into the parking lot; you have to go down a few blocks make (an almost legal) u turn. We were welcomed by a slew of begging bums on the corner and a window of bulletproof class in the reception area. The hotel was mostly full of shady characters and in a sketchy neighborhood (which comes with the area) next to the freeway and I didn't feel comfortable there at all. The out door hall ways make the rooms smell like cigarette smoke because people stand in-front of the air conditioners and smoke. Also in the room our nightstand had something sticky spilled on it. The bathroom had terrible lighting, hardly none at all, the mirror was covered in a layer of griminess. The room it's self was okay except when you looked to hard at something. The elevator had a lingering hint of an illegal substance. And there so called secure internet connection isn't reliable and doesn't even ask for a password. Also the bed in the room about us squeaked...a lot. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The other comfort inns i have stayed at have been much better than this one. On the plus side they had a good breakfast.

i was just wondering how much bit would be for a one night stay

We were within walking distance to shopping and the parks or we could take the shuttle bus that the comfort inn uses for transportation if we didn't feel like walking. Mercedes and Jennifer at the front desk were very helpful. We ask them about tours and the beach and they were more then happy to set up anything that we wanted to do. Our room was very clean and it was great to have a microwave and fridge in the room. It was really the best experiance that I have had with Comfort Inn in a long time. If I go back to Anaheim I would stay there again!

I came around 10:00 am which i got the room as soon i got here. Front Desk were really friendly and the room was really clean breakfast was really good and the price was good too. Even though disneyland is 2 1/2 miles away the price is worth it i truly recomend this hotel everyone is very friendly even the housekeeping.

first of all there is one thing that is good about the hotel. they offer weekly rates for those who are down on their luck and need a place to stay. the price isn't bad for a week; that is if you get the right person at the front desk. the rates are different and vary from room to room or person to person. one might pay $230 a week while another might pay $290 a week. some of the weekly rooms have filthy carpet that needs to be shampooed, sometimes you'll find a cockroach or two maybe more. there are lots of health and sanitation issues that need to be resolved and no one at the front desk seems to be worried about fixing them. i sincerely hope someone from the corporate office looks into getting these issues resolved. the people haveing to stay there that are in that type of situation are not always drug addicts, alchoholics, or prostitutes. sometimes there are families involved who are trying the best they can to keep a roof over their childrens heads and a place to sleep other than a car or park bench. and it's not right that they have to live in such conditions because they are afraid to say anything or else they will be thrown out on the street....

This hotel was excellent. They had everything i needed and more. the rooms and the amenities in the rooms were great. I had an wonderful experience there and would definately come back again. The staff and management was very knowledgeable. I would definately recommend staying at this hotel to any of my friends or family.

We have stayed here twice. On the first occasion it was for a friends birthday, three of us stayed one night and went to Disneyland both the day before and day after our stay. It was nice, but not great. The room was clean and the staff was excellent but nothing to write home about. The second occasion was our honeymoon. Don't laugh, it's long story, but we had a day and two nights to waste before our real trip so we stayed here and went to Disneyland the next day. We booked one of their nicer rooms but basically just expected a clean place to crash after our wedding and before our real honeymoon (a cruise). When we arrived we were blown away. A friend had called ahead to tell the manager that it was our honeymoon and they bumped us up to their best room. Then they tossed in a gift basket that was waiting for us in our room when we got there. The room was great, it even had a nice cityscape view though it was on the wrong side of the building to catch the Disneyland fireworks. Overall the stay was great. The room was great. The staff was over the top great. Both times the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were very clean and the suite was just amazing. We are going back next year for our anniversary and will stay here for sure.
