Worst experience of my life.

I would not recommend this place. I am a Diamond member of Best Western Crown Club and found this place to have horrible customer service. The room I was given was not what I usually order, but I was told that the 800 number for Best Western always messed up and they wouldn't give me what I wanted even if I had the confirmation page. The room had a musty and sour smell to it and when I complained I was told to keep my windows and doors open. One of the very rude front desk personnel came up to smell the room. The front door and ceiling fan had been running for 15 minutes before she got there. She stood in the doorway, said she didn't smell anything, then said it just smelled stale and to keep the door open. She left the room and then yelled that I was paying for the room whether I liked it or not. Do not stay at this place. If there was a negative rating, this is one place that deserves it.
