Stay away from this Property

Booked 2 nights for the Garlic Festival directly with the property, received a confirmation number and
asked for the person's name we spoke to. Arrived, male at front desk couldn’t find the reservation. We
provided confirming number and contact name of the person that we spoke with, got a rolled eyes, anger
and attitude.
Security Issue: We arrive back at our room on the following day at 4:30 p.m. to find the door wide open
and the cleaning staff at work in the bathroom. I walked in, and removed luggage without the staff ever
noticing that I had entered the room.
After the staff finished, actually had the manager/front desk person rap loudly on the room door next.
On opening the room door, the irate manager is in the hall, and in a loud voice tells me that, "you
haven’t paid the rent". He demanded to immediately come to the front office and reswipe my credit card.
Cleanliness: Stain on the bathroom wall stayed there both days...
Looks like it is run by a couple. She is very nice, he needs some serious therapy. No name tags, no
introduction on arrival. We just got attitude.
Called this small property after we checked out. Told the (presumably same) gentleman that answered that
we might have left a cell phone charger behind. He told us that it was not his department and that we
would need to call back in the morning to speak to the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff we
met, while very nice and helpful doesn’t speak English. That charger was written off.
Never an experience this bad in many, many years of professional and personal travel. ...We'll be
contacting Ramada Corporate.
