A rude shuttle bus driver

I've long used the shuttle bus service at many other BW hotels and had good experience. Till now I never met a shuttle bus driver like the particular driver. He certainly decreased the value and reputation of the specific hotel. I recently stayed with Best Western Ruby's Inn in Bryce Canyon, UT. The experience of my shuttle ride was great! Had a good start of the vacation.
 
 
 
 
 
great deception

Each year from 1988 We arrive from and return to Europe and We stay in Airpark hotel Inglewood CA ,but this year our stay was very bad: 1) The Welcome was ICY 2)Big noise in the adjacent room to 12.30 am. 3)Like the wake time was 30 minute to late and the shuttle arrive 15 minutes before the specified time,with several big luggage it was a very big problem. 4) .... The nieuw manager is completely incompetent Excuse us for our bad english but we are very angry with this nieuw manager Luxembourg, le 03 octobre 2005

Not even close to expectations

Old looking hotel about 20 min from airport off hwy 410,busy all the time.Add says 2 miles. Staff was very helpful, but I gladly would have paid an extra $10 to stay at a nicer place closer to LAX.

awful hotel
