Pacific Inn of Redwood City, Redwood City

I only had four hours sleep while I stayed there for one night. You can hear the noise from the next door and people living above you, e.g. showing with the fan on, walking above you. The worst part was that I asked the hotel to call the cab for me. The cab was late so I missed my Caltrain, which only runs once an hour on the weekend. And the cab driver wanted to charge me for 15 for only 4 minutes drive. I called back to complain the hotel and the cab service, but I had no way to reach the manager for an explanation about why they provided such a bad service for their customers. The cab service is called IEP (not sure about the name) but the number is 6507038654. The hotel manager CAN ONLY be reached by the email. WORST ever experience...

Excellent experience, complimentary hot dinners Mon-Thurs., complimentary hot breakfasts everyday. Jacuzzi tubs in rooms with 2 beds and some in rooms with 1 bed. Microwave and refrigerator in our room. Rooms very nice and the staff was too. Located near shopping. Hope to stay there again.
