Knights Inn Hot Springs, Hot Springs

Run as fast as you can away from this hotel...it is GROSS...and on top of the grossness they will not try to make any attempts to please unsatisfied customers...I paid in advance for the room and we I arrived I noticed how horrible to rooms looked and refused to stay and yes, they refused to give me my money back for a room I did not use. They have a no cancel, no refund policy. It's propably because they have been flooded with unsatisfied customer requesting a refund after seeing the filth infested rooms. Choose your hotels wisely...Do Not choose this one.

The room we stayed in was very clean,quiet, and the staff were nice and helpful.The breakfast wasnt much,but we still enjoyed the whole stay.I would recommend this motel to anyone.

The hotel was not clean and everything was old. I was not pleased at all. There were no microwaves in the rooms and it smelled old and moist. The covers had someone elses hair on them. I will never stay there again!

This was the GROSSEST hotel I've ever stayed at. I made telephone reservation to include a baby crib and was told they would have one for us upon arrival and they didn't. So we waited to four hours in the hotel room and sat on the bed and used to in room hot tube while we waited. After the four hours of waiting I called again for the crib and then was told they don't have one, or ever had one. We tried to get a refund but we were told since we "used" the room we wouldn't be able to get one. I called the coperate office the next day to voice my concern but all hotels and independtly owend and operated. My advice to any of you is aviod this place like the plaque. The rooms were very musty smelling, stained beds with bathroom in quit a bit of disrepair. Spend the little extra and stay some where better.

THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE! it was supposed to be a romantic get away... the room was hot unclean, and roaches..... the workers were unwilling to help us out in anyway.... we ended up leaving and going somewhere else... we lost our money on this place... and will never return....

we liked this hotel. we went to hot springs on a little get away and enjoyed this hotel very much. we got lost on our way there and called the hotel and they were very nice and helpful in giving us directions. it is right next door to the water park and golf course. we also saved about $20 by buying our park passes from the hotel instead of the water park itself. i really like the fact that they allow pets, but there is very little grass area to walk your animal. the pool is very small but clean. over all we had a great experience and would stay here again!

It was nice and tranquil. The service was great. The rooms[suites] were beautiful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and we will visit again very soon!

I RENTED THIS ROOM LAST YEAR OVER THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A RESTAURANT ON SITE. THE RESTAURANT HAD CLOSED DOWN AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN RUN DOWN FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL ALSO APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN RUN DOWN FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE ROOM I STAYED IN HAD STAINES, MILDEW, BROKEN FICTURES, ECT. THIS MOTEL IS ALSO WAY OUT IN THE MIDDEL OF NO WHERE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, THE PRICE HERE WAS ACTUALLY HIGHER THAN THE MOTEL THAT I SWITCHED TO THE NEXT MORNING. THE ONLY REASON I CAN THINK OF FOR ANYONE TO STAY HERE IS IF THEY ARE REALLY IN TO STRIP BARS THERE IS ONE RIGHT ACROST THE STREET FROM THIS MOTEL (THIS IS THE ONLY THING NEAR THIS MOTEL).
