Rodeway Inn and Suites, Flagstaff

We liked everything about the room. Very comfortable and convenient. A little pricey.

No internet connection as advertised In my room; room I moved to had not been fully cleaned; all bumps in floor are not marked, causing tripping; nonsmoking room smelled like smoke; manager/owner used a swear word in my presence; as I was changing rooms, new guests entered my old room; staff And owner lied when they supposedly made accomodations for a problem I had.

Room was kinda clean but the carpet was in poor shape (with carpet nails exposed.) Parking lot was messy with potholes & asphalt poorly patched. Lots of noise from both interstate and trains. The breakfast was minimal; bad coffee, bad orange juice & a few stale bagels. Good price but don't expect a lot.

Staff was friendly and went out of there way to help with anything we needed. stayed for 3mths and had no problems. Well worth the money.

Located right off the freeway in an area with plenty of restaurants, this is an excellent place to say. Its a little rough around the edges and not a place I would probably stay for an extended period of time, but for a night or two, you can't beat this hotel. The price is excellent, service is top-notch, and the continental breakfast is better than most three-star places I've stayed. I had a little trouble working the thermostat at first, but the front desk manager was more than helpful to remedy the situation. Highly recommended for anyone driving through Flagstaff or visiting for the weekend.

When i first walked through the front door, I was greeted with a "whats up dog". Great hotel, great price, excellent pool and spa! Everything was pretty much great.

This place is great. I got friendly service and good rate for my stay at this place. I will definetly go there again the next time i come to Flagg
