don't go there...

I checked in on Nov. 27, and dropped my bags on the floor. I then went for a walk, and had an emergency phone call and had to return home. I did not use the room and was only there for about 5 mins. or less. I requested a refund and was told by the mgr, I'd need to go thru hotels.com I did and they said the super 8 manager said i used the room, took a shower, etc, which IS NO TRUE. The hotel manager has not returned my several calls and I would NOT recommedn using this hotel. I'll never use s a super 8 motel again

EXCELLENT PLACE TO SATY WITH MODERATE PRICE. REAL CARING & FRIENDLY STAFF,EXCELLENT SUPER BREAKFAST, NICE CLEAN HOTEL/ CONVENIENT LOCATION. NICE CLEAN DECENT ROOMS. iNVITING LOBBY & FRIENDLY STAFF.
