i LOVE this place!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/9/11
This particular hotel has a lot of history for my family, and I've been there several times throughout my life (it's actually a lot considering I'm only 14). I love the pool and hot tub, they have been subject to numerous traditions and made- up games by me and my sister. The rooms I think are almost perfect. They are clean, reasonably spacious, give off an air of calmness, although on one of my visits the AC was broken. The cooked to order breakfasts are sublime. There is always something to find for everyone, weather you like fruit (the cantaloupe is simply choice), or meat and hash browns, to basically any other breakfast food. The beverages at the breakfast bar are also good, and I personally recommend the guava (I think it was) juice, but there is also hot chocolate, other juices, and sodas, along with, of course, coffee. While they don't supply lunch and dinner, thats not much of a probem due to the hotel's location. It's near a mall that has a myriad of amazing restraunts for all palletes. There's also a great frozen yogurt place. This location is great for lazy days, were all you want to do is walk around. There is a pet store, a movie theater, book stores, and a lot more. The open air atrium is nice for sitting around, talking, eating, and my family's personal favorite; playing card games. It's also entertaining to watch and feed the fish and turtles, although as of late they never have any fish food (grrrrr). anyways, I really do love this place, and highly recommend it. ciao!

our stay was great!
By j, 2/20/11
My husband and I decided to get away for a weekend to Phoenixs since we have never been before. The weather was perfect in Feb. when we got there and then checked into our hotel and loved the location!!! I told my husband I couldn't of picked a better location since it was right next to a mall. The hotel was very clean and everything about it was perfect! Next time we go to Phoenix we are for sure going to stay there again since close to everything

Overall OKAY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/27/09
The breakfast was wonderful... much more than you get at other hotels in the $80-100/ night range. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. My biggest complaint was the $15/day charge for WIFI. I think that it is a horrible thing to do, espicially for guests traveling on business. I honestly felt like there was a hidden expense and overly priced services at every turn, from the $4 bottle of water in the room, to the $15 WIFI connection and $16 pay per view movies. Overall the stay was OKAY, but I will stay elsewhere on my next trip so I don't have to pay to access the web.

A week at the Biltmore Embassy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/12/08
We returned from our week long stay on 4/12/08. The hotel was nice but definitely lacked some amenities that one would expect with the high cost and its affiliation with Hilton. The hotel doesn't have a shop to pick up any snacks, magazines or papers. (they do provide the USA today daily.) Also there is no coffee shop, only a restaurant. So in the evening if you want a light fare, you have to look to the nearby mall for Cheesecake Factory and other restaurants. THe rooms are adaquate, but could use a major remodeling. The bathrooms are small, the decor dreary, and the lighting very poor. In spite of you newly acquired tan, the lighting makes you look sallow and as dreay as the decor. The hotel is across from the Biltmore Mall, but unfortunately many of the stores are out and major construction is underway. Once that is completed there will be more choices of restaurants and shopping. The beautiful weather is definitely a draw to Phoenix, but I would look elsewhere to stay if I were to return.
