Not a good value
I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2007. Most disturbing was the construction, in the hotel, on the road in front of the hotel, and on the lot between this place and LaQuinta. Workers started at 5 in the morning! One of the nights, I was up past midnight listening to the people in the next room, the walls are so thin. Construction has walled off walking access to anything within walking distance, so you'll need to drive to get any food.
They do have wireless internet access, but it is only useable in their cowboy lounge, not in rooms.
They offer $25 of free spa items in "your guest shop," but don't mention until you ask that you would have to drive to their sister resort 5 miles away to collect - yuk.
The hotel lacks many things that places a third of the price have. To be fair, they are renovating, so the experience should be better in a year or so. The rooms are large and the pool is very nice, but I was glad to leave.
A typical experience is that in the morning before I checked out I was tired and annoyed from the construction noise, and went to the pool in the center court to read the paper. Five minutes later, construction in one of the hotel rooms started up and put me on edge again. Not relaxing at all!
