BED BUGS!! Worst Hotel in the world!
By CHONG S LEE, 09/02/07
This hotel is horrible, I stayed 4 nights and 5 days and got bed bug bites all over my body. This hotel did not provide the level of service I expected a Sheraton Hotel would. I was promised a phone call from a worker there but never did. Travelocity or any other travel site should not endorse or recommend this hotel. What kind of hotel ignores this kind of thing, its ridiculous.

Excellence!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/26/06
I was very pleased with this hotel! The exercise equipment was top of the line. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The restaurant was a little pricey, but our waiter was so nice that he even went on-line and printed information for us regarding a discussion we were having with him. The rooms and bathroom were roomy. I paid $99 for a very nice suite. The hallways could be freshened up with new paint, but overall the hotel was very nice.

minor glitches....overall good
By RobertH, 07/24/06
We stayed in a suite....one room with two queen size beds and a living area type room with a pull out couch. There were four of us. The pull out portion of the couch was broken so that when you layed down on it, the right hand side sagged down about halfway down to the ground where your head is supposed to be. I mentioned it sort of quickly to the desk (not really feeling like going through changing out sofas or changing rooms) while asking for extra pillows. I positioned the sofa cushions and the extra pillows in such a way as to have a good night sleep. Unfortunately, and probably not so unexpectadely so, the sleeper (even if not broken) was not going to sleep well. Also, the TV channel clicker wasn't working when we checked in. They swapped out batteries and all was well. One other thing was that the TV channels seemed to have a mind of their own when it comes to volume. One channel you have to turn up high to hear a wisper and another channel will be booming at the same setting. I hope our next door neighbors didn't think we were being rude. Still, for 108 dollars total (with AAA), I think it was alright. Oh, they mentioned that the crosswalk across the highway was great for a quick trip to the mall, but our two teenagers said that that wasn't so....I don't know.

One of the best
By ShellyWorld, 04/06/06
I was there for ten days and it was great!!!! I'll definitely go back if ever I'm in the ATL. The front desk attendants were professional and courteous. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants, malls, and local stores. My only complaint is the expensive food/room service -$17 for a mediocre breakfast!!! But who needs room service when there are plenty of eateries nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I even left a bag of clothes there and was able to have it mailed back to me - Excellent

Wonderful place to stay
By NealB, 01/10/06
Easy to locate next to freeway, Friendly and helpful staff, The room was excellent. There is a kitchenette with a frig, a separate room for your ablutions, the tub and toliet are in their own room, The bed is extremely comfortable. The curtains close fully and for those who like to sleep late you know how importabt that is! There is a separate room with a couch, chair and TV. By using the internet I saved enough money for an additional days stay. This hotel is only rated 3.5 stars but should be 4.5!

Good place to stay!
By Shug, 01/02/06
I had a great time at this hotel. The cleaning service was not the best, but the rooms were great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would stay here again! No free wireless internet though, and local calls are a dollar for the first 60 minutes.
