To be greeted with a smile and unsurpassed guest courtesy, was just what we needed after a long drive. We found the room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Quite a selection. Even had bisquits and gravy. Will return.

Half of my wedding party and my parents, sister and her boyfriend, sister and brother in law all had rooms cancelled on them with no notification at all. Their solution was the Econo Lodge in St. Joe which was even more shady than this joint.Think twice before making reservations...I only wish i could give this place negative stars on its rating!

We had a king room with sofa bed for the two of us and our two kids. When we opened the sofa bed it had dirty sheets wadded up into a ball on it, and it was broken. Had to pull the mattress onto the floor for our oldest to sleep on it. There was no hairdryer in our room, so the front desk "help" just had us go to the room next door to use the one in that bathroom. The pool was too cold and the whirlpool too hot to even use. When we checked out early and complained to the front desk "help", she said "oh" and nothing else. Too many other choices in this area to EVER stay here.

Wireless internet does not work. Charged my checkcard $1600 on check in took 6 days to get the money refunded to my checking account. Overcharged me for the one night I stayed there.

My family of 6 had the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Our reservation, made with credit card 72 hours before our arrival, was supposed to have ensured two adjoining rooms, with amenties which included a microwave and refrigerator in each room, and the hotel amenity of an indoor pool. Upon our arrival at 11:00 p.m., we learned that one of our adjoining rooms was rented to someone else! It took an hour to resolve the issue, which included rousing the sleeping family and moving them to a different room. As the other guests were moving, they told us that the shower in our room was broken. There were neither microwaves nor refrigerators in either room. The doorway between the adjoining room had exposed carpet nails. (I found this out the hard way by stepping on them.) The sheets and blankets were tattered and torn. To add insult to injury, the pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub was too hot! Neither were fixed! I would not recommend this Best Western to anyone. I will recommend against it!

There is something for everyone Continental breakfast clean rooms pool, hot tub and steam room with a game room for the kids. Close to shopping and several fine restaurants
