I love this Motel

This was my third stay (3 years in a row). I have been going to Baraboo for a one week vacation for the last 3 years. Everything I need is right there. Front desk is always accomodating. Continental breakfast is great.

Obviously does not need our business

Tried to call and rent rooms for my wedding. Took over 10 rings to answer the phone. Then when I asked about what room rates would be for 5 or more rooms, I got transferred to the ??managers phone??. The ??managers?? msg offered me no name on the msg machine and I never got a call back after leaving a msg asking them to call me back. The Best Western must be doing so well that a 5-10 room reservation is not needed! I just graduaed with a degree in Business Management in Hospitality...Let me know Best Western if you need new and fresh ideas to help run this business successfully and properly!! I see this business going downhill. I bet your numbers prove it too!!

I moved accross the street

the tv speakers were blown, bathroom floor was dirty, bed was not crisp and clean, rooms were loud but the staff was nice, cont b-fast was not good by any means

OUR FAVORITE HOTEL IN DELLS AREA

This place is great! Stay here each time I travel to the Dells and have NEVER had a bad experience. The front desk is always pleasant and eager to please....the rooms are spacious and clean......great location to the Dells, close enough to attractions yet far enough away from the crowds! Priced perfect for families and seniors alike..........my only complaint was that when I got into my room on a 90' day they didn't have the air turned on..............but that was when I checked in......all in all great value, great place! And you even get a continental breakfast each day of your stay!

Baraboo Best Western

After 8 years of repeat bookings, I have witnessed a dramatic transformation here in the last three years. The facility is first class and very clean. However, the attitudes of Management, Maintenance and others are anything but first class and certainly not focused on friendliness and customer service. For some reason there is to much negativity. Time to move on. There are other Best Westerns around.

SLEEPKESS NIGHT

I ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND I HAD A HONEYMOON SUITE AND THE BED WAS AWFUL I COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS POP UP IN THE BED, I TOSSED AND TURNED ALL NIGHT, FOR $155.00 I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.

A nice place to stay

After staying at a different property in town the night before, I check into the Best Western and enjoyed my stay from the beginning. My check-in was prompt and professional, and I really felt welcomed. The room was very nice. The d�cor and amenities were just what I was looking for. I stayed at a room apparently designed for a business traveler, and must admit they got it right. That same evening I had a swim in the pool and used the fitness room. Both facilities were very clean and conveniently located. The only problem was that my room was far from the ice machine. Later in the evening I had a meal at their restaurant. The food was very nicely prepared and tasted great. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Overall I would recommend this property to other guests especially if you travel on business. Having stayed at other places in town, I think that this hotel is the best choice.
