Econo Lodge Moreno Valley, Moreno Valley

Stayed here on a surprise visit to family in the area. The hotel was good, only stayed there one night and just for sleeping. The parking lot was small for the number of rooms, but we did not have any problems. The price was a little higher. They look to be in the middle of upgrading the TVs in the rooms, we had 2 rooms, one had a new TV and the other had an older mode. Refrigerator and microwave in each room. Did not have any problem with noise or other people. Overall, we were satisfied.

The front desk woman was one of the most unfriendly and unpleasant service providers I have ever run into. You may get lucky and not need anything (except paying, of course) from her. But, beware that any special request or problem will get a chilli and uncaring response. It is also not child friendly, they charge excessive $10/night for a baby crib and would not negotiate it down to $5. To summarize, the room was clean and comfortale but the service left us with a bitter taste. This rarely happens to us, shame on them we will never go back there.
